Social Analytics: Service that integrates Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn?
-
Can anyone recommend a social analytics tool/service that integrates analytics data from Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn?
I'm looking for one place to manage all the data from these individual analytics platforms. So the service would be one where the subscriber would need to provide their account credentials from each platform, and the data would be rolled up into a unified dashboard. Thanks!

Hi Allie,
If you are not used HubSpot in a while I agree with you it was clunky. HubSpot 3 though is the only tool I know if that will allow you to monitor all the big networks including LinkedIn. Tell you when somebody comes from your site from any of them. Allow you to track all of your engagements rather it's over HubSpots e-mail or any social network. They are coming out with HubSpot 4 in January and I think it might be the best social tool out there here are some good competitors though.
Check out tracker as well as Adobe anything listed below should do all the networks know that I AWE.SM lets you track your posts on LinkedIn and lets you to post to LinkedIn there are 3 levels of that software and I use it to post a link and quite often you can also create your own category for instance if you wanted to use the least expensive version use static and name it static linkedin when you look at the analytics you'll see where it was shared to as the URL is present in the monitoring.
Please have a look at please options as well.

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for responding. I checked out awe.sm, and unfortunately they do not yet support LinkedIn and don't have an estimated timeline for when it will be enabled on their product roadmap.
I use HubSpot with another client, and will check out their social capabilities. I love the ease of creating landing pages on HubSpot, though find their reporting clunky and hard to manage.
Sprout looks like a great option - the can pull in data from Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Will check them out further.
Thanks again!

I would be happy to recommend my favorite company http://totally.awe.sm his in my opinion the best all-in-one social media tool.
the only other platform I have a lot of familiarity with that is fantastic in this field is http://www.hubspot.com/products/social-inbox
HubSpot gives you a lot more than just social media as well so it may be too expensive as it is a full Inbound marketing platform. starting at $200 a month it is a bargain
there social media ability is incredible.
I have heard decent things about sprout however I can not confirm as I have not used them.

If you want to be blown away use http://totally.awe.sm/ or the hubspot.com platform each can handle far more than what you've asked for and I'm certain you'll be happy with them. You'll get the analytics you craved along with full integration with other parts of your website. You can try hotspot for free for 30 days at hubspot.com each has full support and you really can't go wrong with either pick. I like to use this with a e-mail mail http://www.getsignals.com/
all the best,
Thomas

Why can I see 404 pages in Google Analytics but nothing in the On-Demand Crawl?
Hello, I'm looking at some Google Analytics data for a website and can see a few 'Page not found's among the Page Titles, looking like these are 404 errors. To get a full list of what's 404-ing so I can get these redirected, the Moz on-demand crawl of the website has come back with no major errors and just a few metadata ones. Does anyone know any potential reasons why the audit has drawn a blank, and is there another way to get a comprehensive list of 404s, as I'm aware the Google Analytics data may not be covering all of them. Thanks very much Becky

Issues adding keywords to MOZ analytics
Hi All 🙂 I've started a couple of campaigns in MOZ Analytics, one accepts keywords the other looks like it does but doesn't actually add them.. I'm pasting a group of keywords, about 30, all separated with comma's. Doing exactly the same to one account that congratulated me straight away and added them to the list below, yay! The other shows the spinning wheel for a few seconds and does nothing further, I've waited a good 24 hours and they keywords have not appeared. Any help appreciated! Thanks 🙂

Crawl Diagnostics: Exlude known errors and others that have been detected by mistake? New moz analytics feature?
I'm curious if the new moz analytics will have the feature (filter) to exclude known errors from the crwal diagnostics. For example, the attached screenshot shows the URL as 404 Error, but it works fine: http://en.steag.com.br/references/owners-engineering-services-gas-treatment-ogx.php To maintain a better overview which errors can't be solved (so I just would like to mark them as "don't take this URL into account...") I will not try to fix them again next time. On the other hand I have hundreds of errors generated by forums or by the cms that I can not resolve on my own. Also these kind of crawl errors I would like to filter away and categorize like "errors to see later with a specialist". Will this come with the new moz analytics? Anyway is there a list that shows which new features will still be implemented? knPGBZA.png?1
