Reactivating an archived account not working
-
When I go in to re-activate an account, it doesn't do anything. I've got three active right now, but when I push the Activate button, the loading gif shows, disappeared, but doesn't do anything.

I'm having trouble with this as well but the 'ticket' link in the previous comment doesn't work. Not sure best way to get in touch but I'm trying to reactivate an archived campaign and it says I need to upgrade my account. I currently have 4 active campaigns so I should have room for 1 more. Thanks.

Hi Everyone,
A fix for this issue was deployed a while ago so everything should be good to go. If you're still running into problems, please send in a ticket and let us know so we can look into this for you. Thanks!

Still not working. I cannot reactivate archived campaigns.

Is this still not working? I can't activate an archived campaign at the moment either.
Any update?
Thanks!

Hi Ben and Federico,
There's currently a bug with archived campaign reactivation our Developers are working on. Unfortunately I don't have an ETA for a deployment of a fix on this. The best thing to do in this case would be to send a ticket into support so we can dive into this for you. This way you can provide us with the campaign(s) in question. Thanks!
Best,
Sam

Unfortunately, I experienced that issue in the past and had to create a new one instead. Write an email to moz help to see if they can reactivate it for you: help@moz.com

Yup, no luck.

What's the loss of an archived Campaign
Hi, I was wondering what will happen if I resume an archived campaign again. Will I lose any information by first archiving the campaign and resume it after.

I have upgraded my account but I can't add another site. What to do?
Simple, I want to get out of my free trial. I need to work with two/three sites. I seem to have access to five accounts... but I can't add a site. Very frustrating.

Can I move a campaign across to a different account?
I currently have a campaign running in my account on behalf of one of our clients. They now want to setup their own SEOmoz account and take advantage of all the keywords for themselves. Is there anyway for them to take the campaign history with them? Thanks! TM
