Hiya,
Your best bet to begin with would be to read the following: http://www.seomoz.org/beginners-guide-to-seo/keyword-research
And go to the Google Adwords Keyword Tool https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
Then enter a few keywords you think might be about right. The keyword tool will suggest a bunch of others and show how many people (roughly) search using each word or phrase each month (on average).
It's a good idea to check the box for "Exact Match" on the left to get a close as possible figure.
Other than that, try a few of the keywords in Google and go on to the sites that come up (competitors for those keywords), then right click somewhere on the page (in a blank area around the outskirts) and click "View Source" (or something similar, depending on your browser).
A new page will open. Do CTRL+F to find, and type "Keywords" (without the quotes) then you should find a list of META keywords that site is using it their header. It may not be there though (if they have any sense), and it may not necessarily be good keywords either... it should give you a general feel though if you look through a bunch of them

My suggestion would be to use the keyword tool Google provides to look at the organic and local numbers regarding those keywords and phrases.
I took a quick gander and saw a number o great keywords and phrases, but depending on your experience with SEO, budget, and understanding of the process, some phrases may be too competitive.
Keywords I would taget would include:
Airport Parking
Parking in Airport
Cheap Airport Parking
Cheap Airport Car Parking
Airport Parking Services
Car Park At Airport
Airport Park
Take a look at the list you can come up with, and rank them by number of Global or Local searches.

How to handle pre-existing backlinks on new site.
Hi - We built a new site on a URL that had previously been used. We are noticing a lot of spammy backlinks pointing to our current site and ending up on a 404 page. Any recommendations on how to handle this?

Are new pages treated similar to new domains with respect to ranking?
Hello...I'm hoping to get some advice or guidance regarding the following. My website has gone from a 30 page site about loans, to a 500 page site covering a much wider range of products such as mortgages and other more specific loan related pages. All the new pages were made live at the same time, and I've been through GWT tools to add pages with in the Google fetch and most have been indexed fine. My question is, how should I expect Google to treat all of these new pages? The site has changed massively and many of the new pages are at pages 3-4 for their key terms. Will Google treat these new pages in the same way it may a new domain, e.g. it could be potenitally a couple of months before the pages start to rank better? I appreciate that the terms are very competitive. Thanks!

New content checklist
Hi everyone, Hope your day is super fantastic. I am working on a new content publishing checklist. Once we publish a new article or blog post, what are the sites/ links/ actions to take to distribute the content and "get it out there". I looked around on here, but couldn't find one. Let's start a great discussion and then I will compile the answers and publish. Something like: Social:

Will a mega menu on all pages dilute the link juice?
On our web site (http://www.betxpert.com) we have a mega menu with quite a lot of links in it. I am getting warnings in SEOmoz saying we have far to many links in our pages. But a lot of pages have large menus with a lot of links - are all pages punished for this then? My primary question is: Since the menu is on all pages, the pages linked in the menu will have a link in from all of our pages (200K+ pages) and a lot of these do not have a good ranking. So what I want to know is if the pages linked in the menu will have lower ranking because of the many links in - or is this a good thing? Should I consider setting "nofollow" for som of the links on other pages than the homepage (since this is the page with the best rank)?

How long for SEOMoz to reflect new inbound links?
I have carried out some minor link building for my new site (site A) and have some links back from several directories and 1 from ezine and one from squidoo as well as a few partner sites and such. I also have another site (site B) which was linking to site A several times from a footer link, this has now been amended to just one link. The problem is that SEOmoz still only shows 3 linking domains to site A (there are at least 12 if you perform a manual search) and it is still showing many links from site B even though there is now only one. All these changes where made at least 3 weeks ago, how long before Seomoz picks them up.

Will removing old (3 years+), low quality inbound links potentially improve my rankings?
I have a client site with thousands of old very low quality links purchased from directories etc over several years - I am certain these are doing nothing for the current rankings and I advised them to stop buying these links 18 months ago when I first started working with them, but do you think pro-actively getting old poor quality backlinks removed will potentially improve the site's rankings?
