Hi everyone! Looking for a bit of help here. This message keeps popping up when I try to put in my url (www.qltyctrl.com).
I've tried qltyctrl.com, www.qltyctrl.com, and http://www.qltyctrl.com and nothing works. Can someone help me out here?

Thanks for writing in and sorry for the trouble! It seems that some DNS hosts are blocking our servers from reaching some sites, which causes this error to be thrown for those sites. Our engineers are working to get our servers white-listed with these DNS hosts so I am going to send your site information to them so they can investigate if this is the same issue happening with your site. I signed up for a free trial yesterday. Today I wanted to analyze some Twitter accounts and got a message that I had reached my daily quota after only two searches! What's going on?
When I first discovered Followerwonk, I searched 15 accounts before reaching my daily quota. Now that I have signed up for a Pro account, how come I can only search two? How come there's any daily limit at all now?

My campaign hasn't updated since wk of Sept 18-24
Even though it shows it should run weekly the campaign appears to be stuck. Also, it seems like campaign frequency should be a variable under campaign settings, but isn't. Is there a way to manually run the campaign to add the data?

Dashboard doesn't show new data for the passed week
Did Roger leave us to search for eastereggs 😉 ? My dashboard still shows data from the initial crawl (2- 8 april), and hasn't updated since. Have I switched something off ? The next run should contain 9 - 15 april, and that period closed yesterday so I wonder what's going on ...
