Creating a Campaign Issue: Not Valid URL (URL Doesn't Resolve?)

I'm unable to start a campaign. The MOZ Analytics page is telling me the URL is not Valid. the site is www.veinguys.com
I'm not sure what the issue is - the site is live. Please advise.

It looks like you were able to get a campaign created with out the www, but I did some investigating to make sure there wasn't an issue with www.veinguys.com. I also received the invalid URL error the first time I attempted to create a campaign for the site, but the second time just a minute later, I was able to create a campaign for www.veinguys.com with no error. It seems the site may be having intermittent issues with response time. I would recommend contacting the webmaster and looking into the server logs to see what may be causing a long response time for the site.

have you tried different ways of typing the URL? I always just use the URL without "www." and it works perfect...

How do I update the crawl issues & Notifications?
I have a list of errors, most relating to missing meta descriptions. I have added a meta description to a page, visited the site and viewed the source, and the meta description is now there. When I go to analyze issues, the report it gives back for the link contains the same missing meta description as previously. How do I get it to update and realize the issue has been fixed?

Quickest Way to Pro Campaigns after Log In?
For some reason every time I sign into Moz there is no sign of a button or menu for my pro campaigns. I have to click on the Moz Analytics button at the top right of the screen. As of today I now have to click a campaign within analytics before I see any sign of a pro campaign button. Can anyone tell me the quickest and easiest way to find my pro campaigns once I've signed in? I also have the same problem if I wonder off to blogs, Q&A, Products and Training. Feeling increasingly frustrated and starting to avoid using Moz.

Setting up a new campaign after deactivating an old one
I set up a new campaign and had to go back to deactivate an existing one before I could activate it. Now I cant find the new one I set up, and when I try to re-input the info to set up the campaign it says that I cant because it already exists. Where do I find the campaign I already set up but couldn't activate??

'Domain Does Not Respond To Web Requests'
Hi everyone, This seems to be a fairly common query on the Q&A section, but I haven't been able to find a solution by reading through previous threads. When I try to set up an SEOmoz campaign for spryz.co.nz, I get that ol' favourite error message: 'We have detected that the domain spryz.co.nz does not respond to web requests. Using this domain, we will be unable to crawl your site or present accurate SERP information.' The problem isn't being caused by a Robots.txt file, and the site has experienced 99% uptime since it was launched.Traffic stats show that visits are coming through to the site via the search engines, suggesting that it may not be all crawlers that fail to access the site. I've tried to set up this campaign several times throughout the day, since I've read that sometimes Roger goes on the blink, but I've still not been successful. Any suggestions as to why Roger might be unable to crawl my website would be great.
