I agree with Paul, as far as the drops down menus are n your website using HTML and CSS then it will but if they have been built using Javascript, I am afraid not!

Mostly all good wordpress themes these days are coming with a drop down menus built in CSS.

As long as they've been implemented using html and CSS and NOT JavaScript, then yes, they will, Kristopher. This is pretty well always the case in a properly-coded theme, but you'd need to check the pages' source code to be sure.

Thousands of 404's showing up from Wordpress Blog!?!?

Hey guys, Have recently seen thousands of 404 errors thrown up from my wordpress blog in Google Search Console. These are URL's trying to link (i'm not sure where from) to other parts of my site, but they are not relative to the site root... infact they are a mix of random folders/subfolders and pages on my site. E.g: http://www.MYSITE.co.uk/blog/how-to/driving-to-the-alps/attachment/2013-land-rover-range-rover-evoque-front-snow-1/st-martin-de-belleville/chalet-st-martin-de-belleville/ski-holidays/ski-holidays/summer/st-martin-de-belleville/summer/your-stay-st-martin-de-belleville.html This is a link to a picture on the blog: http://www.MYSITE.co.uk/blog/how-to/driving-to-the-alps/attachment/2013-land-rover-range-rover-evoque-front-snow-1/ And the rest of it is finding it's own way there! Do we need to worry about internal duplicate content?

Hi, I have a question about internal duplicate content. We have a catalogue of around 4000 products. Most of these do have individual descriptions but for most of the products they contain a generic summary that includes a sentence to begin with that includes each product name. We're currently working on descriptions for each product, but as you can imagine it's quite a chore. I was wondering if there are actually any penalties for this or whether we can ignore the crawl errors from the moz report? Thanks in Advance!

Help: my WordPress Blog generates too many onpage links and duplicate content

I have a WordPress Blog since November last year (so I'm pretty new to WordPress) and the effects on ranking for some keywords are really good. So I thought tag clouds are good. Crawl Diagnostics tell me now that I have too many onpage links for example my author page breaks the record: 256
http://inlinear.com/blog/author/inlinear/ I think thats because there are links for each word in the tag cloud generated ... On this page (and many other pages) WordPress displays (teasers) the beginning of each post (read more ...) producing duplicate content and even new canonical tags.... The page titles are also too long because I installed "All in One SEO Pack" and now this plugin and wordpress itself mixes titles together ... But what can I do to avoid all this. Is there a PlugIn that can help... I think millions of blogs will have the same problems... I my blog yet has very few content. Thanks for your answers :))

Page dropped from 4 to outside top 50, but now present in Places listings.

Whoa! In one week, I had a clients site drop from number 4 to outside of the top 50 in rankings. So confused! Also, the site is now showing up in the local results section (which it wasnt before). Does Google drop your site if your site appears in local results? Did the local result replace the ranking?

Nofollow images to sculpt internal anchor tags

One of my client tags image-links with nofollow if those links are before a regular HTML link in the source code, e.g.:

Check our page aboutreally cool shoes. They do this to "better pass anchor tags" to the page /page-about-shoes.html. My question: Is this a good practice to do? Thanks Sebes

Tags in wordpress -Important?

Hello, I use the Wordpress plataform in my blog. What I want to ask is, how important is the tag field in the posts area. Since I have the title tag and meta description how important is that field? Its really a question that was in my mind since I start doing SEO 😛 Tks in advance guys 🙂
