Google Analytics Goals - Different Domain

We currently need to setup a goal that involves a different domain. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks William. I was hoping for a solution for cross domain tracking. I'd ideally like to setup a goal in the first site to track the conversion on the second site.

Do you need to track through the checkout process on the second site, or do you just want to know how many people are clicking "checkout" on the first site?
If you want to know the number or people who are getting to the checkout site from a specific link, you can use onClick and javascript to fire virtual pageviews to analytics.
If you need to track throughout the checkout process on the second site, you would need access to that site. If you had that, you could track the path of conversion back to the referrer (the first site).

Different statistics in Google Analytics
Hi! A client of mine is having some trouble on his Google Analytics overview. When he checks the yearly report with number of visitors, new visitors, returning, ... he gets statistics that doesn't match mine. Also, he gets a notation from Google that no hits were fired, although the script is still there. On the other hand, I (logged in with another account) am seeing all statistics correctly. FYI: no filters were installed, nor segments, ... Why does the client see different and incorrect statistics? There should be a setting or something I'm overseeing. Hope you guys can help.

How can we stop Google analytics pulling in data from another site?
We have a few accounts under one Google login. They all have separate Google analytics codes but one of the sites is somehow pulling in some data from another site but the other site has not got the same analytics code on it. Not sure how this is happening and what we can do about this, is it a bug in the Google Analytics system? Any help would be appreciated.

Does Google encryption of keyword data impact SEO revenue reporting in Google analytics?
Hi there, I know Google has been encrypting SEO keyword data which they rolled out in September 2013. My question is - will this impact SEO revenue figures reported in Google analytics? I have been monitoring SEO revenue figures for a client and they are significantly down even though rankings have not lowered. Is this because of Google's encryption? Could there be another reason? I have this newsletter send using Mailchimp. This campaign is link to G.A. How can I create custom report for me online store about this campaign? Setting up Goals in Google Analytics that involve a 3rd party site
I've set up several goals for one of my clients in Google Analytics. The ones that relate to things on the site -- such as clicking on the "Contact Us" button -- work just fine. However, I set up one that is tracking when someone clicks on a purchase button, which sends the user to a third party site (PayPal). This one doesn't seem to work. (I purchased and item and the goal was not recorded). Looking to see if I have to do anything different when setting up the goal.
