MOZ Removes WWW
-
I just signed up for Moz... Created my campaign.
I'm noticing Moz is removing the www* from my domain. When they do analysis its wrong.
when i go to google and type site:www.domain.com i have 350,000 + pages. MOZ is telling me i have 1,277 pages because its getting the external links by using *domain.com and not www.domain.com
how do i force MOZ to read my domain as www.domain.com and not *.domain.com

Hi Carlos, did you see Keri's response to your question? Let us know, thanks!

Did you set up your campaign as www.domain.com or domain.com? Your campaign metrics will reflect what you've set up for your campaign.
External links are not the same as seeing how many pages you have indexed. You can have 1000 pages, but only have 10 links to your domain.

Can Moz Monitor a JS Site?
We are building a new site that, on the blog landing page, uses JS to populate the individual blog article links on the page. The links are not viewable in the page source, but do appear once the page fully renders. After running an on-demand crawl of the site (in QA...not indexed yet), it appears that Moz isn't indexing these pages, and it also isn't reading other page elements that load later (like an H1 that is rendered in JS but not in page source). Are we going to be able to use Moz to track this site? Is there some setting to help?

Got a problem in using MOZ Crawl test
Hello,
Getting Started | | turkeyanaclinic
Guys i need help as i'm getting this message "**Moz was unable to crawl your site on Dec 26, 2017. **Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site. This often occurs because of a server error from the robots.txt. Although this may have been caused by a temporary outage, we recommend making sure your robots.txt file is accessible and that your network and server are working correctly. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster."
After i made a Campaign i'm getting this message but after i created new campaign it crawls well
can you help me to edit the old campaign ? Regards.0 -
I haven't used Moz and you've been billing me. Please refund thanks
I signed on for a free trial and found out today that you've billed me in June and July. Check my history as this is only the second time i've logged in and it's just to request you refund.

Does the Moz crawler have a static ip address?
We block AWS from crawling our site. Does the moz crawler use a static ip address that we could allow? I'm currently not able to add a campaign because Moz can't connect to our site.

Remove false urls
Hi, we are using expressionengine as our CMS. Every url that gets tracked, which does not lead to a real page, gets directed to the home page. This gives us a lot of duplicate content. For every wrong link, we get +1 in duplicate content. Is there a way to list the false urls, so Moz does not use them anymore in the statistics, or that Google does not crawl them anymore? Where would be the best place to do this? All help appreciated,

For instance how do I use the Rank Tracker or Keyword Tool. I want to get the most out of Moz and I need a resource that explains it. Thanks
