Scheduled Custom Reports Not Running
-
-
I have about 10 campaigns and 5 custom reports scheduled to run monthly for each campaign. Most of them have been running for years without issue, however, this month the majority have not run. There is an option to download past reports, yet the August 1st date is not highlighted. Anyone else having this issue or have a solution?

There is one exception to this, a new campaign that had custom reports made with this design. They have a "action" button rather than "download past reports. Within this drop down is a option to download past PDFs. Is there a way this can just be downloaded without opening, like the previous reports?

Thanks KeriMorgret, I've entered this as at ticket and look forward to working it all out!

This looks like something we should dive in to and check out! If you could each open up a ticket at https://moz.com/help/contact (just click any of the sections and a contact form will appear), then we can get more details from you, and pass this along to the engineering team (which we can't do via Q&A). Thanks so much, and sorry that this isn't working for you.

We are experiencing the same thing. We have two Moz Pro accounts and none of our monthly reports were delivered and they don't appear in download past reports.

I reported similar issues with many of my reports. They told me they are dealing with DDOS attacks which are affecting the reports.

I'm checking keyword difficulty for two different sites. Would love to view the results by site instead of just one large list. Is that possible? Or would it just be easier to keep the lists separate in Excel and just import when I want an updated report?
I have keyword lists for two sites. Is there a way to label them in the keyword difficulty tool (List A, List B) so I can just view results for a particular site? Or do I need to run the report with List A, export results, delete those keywords, then run the report for List B?

Moz ranking report shows massive loss in Bing SERP's. But it is not the case?
My weekly ranking report shows massive loss of SERP's on Bing. For most keywords I was no longer in the top 50 which where first top 5. But when I checked it out for myself, I'm still ranked top 5 for these keywords. I then used the Moz Rank Tracker and there it also says I'm still ranking top 5 for these keywords. What should I believe now?

Moz is reporting a broken link error but GWT is not
My latest Moz report is showing a 404 for: http://www.fateyes.com/how-will-googles-hummingbird-affect-your-search-ranking/”ht

(and showing the link this way with the characters after the last / which are not part of the page URL) Google Webmaster Tools says we have no errors. I'm wondering why there is this descrepancy and I'm wondering how I can track down where this link is originating from on our site. I've tried downloading screamingfrog and deeptrawl to no avail (java issues). I've also tried a couple of services online and installed Broken Link Checker plugin with no luck finding it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!0 -
How can I add Maps Listings Results to reports
I am trying to modify Moz reports so that I can show the maps results but I cant figure out how. Is this a feature that is not offered or am I blind? Even when exporting full rankings to PDF they don't show up. The issue is that a lot of the SEO work we do has a positive effect on the maps rankings for a particular client. Meanwhile the organic rankings are somewhat stagnant for this client and unless I create it manually there isn't anything I can export from Moz that shows maps results inclusion. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. IGlgIYA.jpg

Moz.com Report a Problem or Provide Feedback
Two things. First, I could not find exactly where to report an issue or provide feedback about the website. I don't need to contact about Moz Analytics or any other products. I just want to provide feedback about the Moz Blog. I think it would be nice to be able to report an issue or provide feedback to "Roger" and have that item sent to the appropriate department for review. A lot of websites tend to use "webmaster@example.com" for this, but anything would work. My suggestion is to offer a feedback form on the Contact Moz page. Second, the issue I wanted to report has to do with blog comments. I left a comment early this morning and, with me being on Central Time and the timestamp for comments using Seattle local time, I was surprised to see that my comment had been posted "2 hours ago" immediately after I clicked "Submit." I presume this text is dynamic and that, in Seattle, you see "seconds ago" or something but, being in Wisconsin, I see "2 hours ago." This is confusing mainly because I have no idea how long ago other comments may have been posted. P.S. There isn't a question category for the Moz Blogs so I am choosing Moz - Other Research Tools. I view the blogs as a Product Moz provides so maybe adding "Moz - Blogs" to the Moz Product Help list of categories would be appropriate.

Moz reporting reliable?
I have been working with our MIS department on addressing our errors on duplicate content and titles caused by parameter URLs. MIS insists that they have solved the problem with canonical tags, which are in place. They said they were getting warnings from Google and Bing, but that after they put the canonical tags in place, those went away. They are questioning the Moz reports, suggesting that I instead rely on SEO Toolit by Microsoft. (As an aside, we are using SharePoint 2010, crossing our fingers for an upgrade to 2013, which presumably will make a lot of the issues we’re having go away). So my questions are: 1) Why are these Moz reports reporting all of these errors that have supposedly been rectified (in 2011)? Do I disregard the duplicate content/title errors on the Moz report and defer to SEO Toolkit, as MIS suggests?
