Problem creating campaign

Hello everyone! I am a newbie here.
I am trying to create a campaign, however I got stuck at the first step!
It says 'We have already started building this campaign. If you entered the wrong URL and would like to track a different site, please create a new campaign." please see attached image.
I thought it would be very straight forward... I have tried to create another campaign with a different website and it worked, so I don't understand what has gone wrong with this campaign. It will be much appreciated if anyone can help with this...

Hey There,
Sorry that you are running into this issue with your campaign! Unfortunately, we can't track a site at specific path such as .html, so that may be why you are running into this issue. You should be receiving an error when you try to input that URL, and I am having my engineers look into why the error isn't showing correctly.
In order to track www.sweetlimeuk.com/index.html, you will actually need to create the campaign using the URL sweetlimeuk.com. You will receive a notice that this page redirects to the index.html page, but you can just select "No, track the redirect" to move past that. if I was to create a microsite, or a landing page, would I create a new campaign to only analyze this page? If I want to report on the effectiveness of SEO on a series of landing pages within a campaign, or a microsite, how would I do this? Campaigns by Subdomain
Hi Moz community, I'm trying to optimise an online store and I'm thinking of setting up separate campaigns for each of our categories e.g. games, clothing, music etc... If I set up these campaigns with URL's like: /music and /games, would Moz track only URLs within these subdomains? Is this best practice? Thanks, Paul

My campaign hasn't updated since wk of Sept 18-24
Even though it shows it should run weekly the campaign appears to be stuck. Also, it seems like campaign frequency should be a variable under campaign settings, but isn't. Is there a way to manually run the campaign to add the data?

Can I upgrade my moz subscription from large to premium without getting my campaigns being deleted?Do i need to wait till the end of the month to resubscribe?
I'm planning to take a large subscription of moz..but i may need a premium account in the future.Can I upgrade it in the middle of my current subscription or will i have to wait till my subscription gets over? Also, I'm planning to take only one month currently but i'll renew it once the month completes so can i continue the same account without my campaigns being deleted?

Analytics stats not showing up in MOZ Campaign report
I connected a MOZ campaign to a client's Analytics. It seems it's connected properly with the same Analytics ID # and everything, but the stats still show 0 in MOZ, even though there are thousands of visits in Analytics for the same date range. Pls help! Derek

Setting up a new campaign stalling on last page
I went through all the steps to set up a new campaign, and am on the last page, where I list competitors. When I click finish, however, the site spins for a few seconds, then does not proceed. I even checked the URLs. Is there a problem with the site right now? I am assuming the social links are optional because they are greyed out, and I am not getting any error messages after I click finish, just nothing. Help!
