Why cant I add my site to a campaign?
-
I am trying to add my site www.dominickdalsanto.com to a campaign and it keeps telling me the URL is invalid. I have tried entering it as:
http://www.dominickdalsanto.com
Nothing works. I even tried the redirect domains I have ayres-seo.com and still nothing.
I tried a few of my other sites too and it works for only one of them. It also would not take dominickinargentina.com
Can someone help me please?
Thanks!

There must be something else. I am using Bulletproof security and it does not have anything in the access fuel that should block you. Even if it did (1) I deactivated it and tried setting up the account and it still threw me an error, and (2) I have several other Wordpress installs with Bulletproof Security and Moz can crawl them with no problem.
There must be something else here. What should I do? I need a solution to this quickly as its already causing me to be behind schedule.
Thanks!

There's nothing else that I know of this could be. Every case we've had where we received a 403 when trying to ping a site has had to do with us being blocked on the server level. We do crawl from the cloud so our IP's change regularly. Are you blocking AWS?

I am the webmaster and I have nothing blocking that I know of. I use Bulletproof security on my site. I tried deactivating it and seeing if it made a difference, but still it won't access the site.
Currently, my hosting company (just host) is having a problem with servers connecting from South America, but everywhere else is fine. Is this a possible cause of the problem?
Otherwise, what else could this be, since it does not throw any errors to me?

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
It looks like the site is throwing a 403 when we try to access it:

So you're probably blocking us on the server level. This can generally be cleared up through the HTaccess file of your site but you'll probably want to discuss this with your webmaster for more details. Hope this helps!

So the page-grader is giving my site an A, but it is ranking below some websites that the grader gives an F to. What is the point of the page grader?
Basically, I am new to this..very new. In fact, my field was neuroscience, and now I work in marketing.. I just started using seomoz, and for one website that I build. I followed all of the guidelines moz has to offer. On the grade section, I got an for a specific keyword. However, when I rate my site for that keyword, it does not even rank in the top 50. The keyword is even in the domain! Also, some sites that rank in the top 25 have an F rating for the same keyword. Why do they rank higher?

Quickest Way to Pro Campaigns after Log In?
For some reason every time I sign into Moz there is no sign of a button or menu for my pro campaigns. I have to click on the Moz Analytics button at the top right of the screen. As of today I now have to click a campaign within analytics before I see any sign of a pro campaign button. Can anyone tell me the quickest and easiest way to find my pro campaigns once I've signed in? I also have the same problem if I wonder off to blogs, Q&A, Products and Training. Feeling increasingly frustrated and starting to avoid using Moz.

Where to find answers to really dumb questions about setting up Moz campaigns...
I had a Moz account earlier this year, let it drop for a few months, then decided it really was important to have one. So I'm back. But there is still something about it that I really find frustrating. I can't seem to find any answers to what seem to be basic questions. Maybe they are too simple, maybe they are just dumb questions, but I sure would appreciate it if somebody could lead me to another source of information. Maybe somebody has written a "Moz for Dummies" book? Here's an example: I'm setting up campaigns for my websites, and I get to the Brand and Mentions section. It tries to autofill the space using my campaign name, but that's not accurate. So I go look at the Help Hub for Brands and Mentions, and it gives an example using MOZ as the brand name. But not many sites have a three-letter domain name, do they?. One of my domains is EasyDigging.com (2 words) and the other is BestDryingRack.com (3 words). So I look and look, but can't find any examples of longer domain names. So I have no idea how to enter my Brand. Should it be the whole "EasyDigging.com" or should it just be "EasyDIgging" or should it be broke up into "Easy Digging"? This is just 1 example. I find these sort of unanswered questions almost every time I try something new. Is there a collection of examples anywhere? I really hope so. Surely there are others who learn best from examples, who hate having to guess based on slim or vague instructions. Keeping my fingers crossed that somebody can lead me to the goldmine of good examples. Thanks!
