Any idea why HubSpot (which uses the MOZ api) can find our backlinks but OSE can not?

Links are showing up in the HubSpot link tool within a couple of days. OSE has our site showing zero backlinks. ahrefs is finding them too but that makes more sense.
Does the API update more frequently than OSE? Any thoughts?

Hi there. My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help team. Thanks for reaching out with such a great question! You're totally correct about AHREFS. They pull there link data from different sources, so they're always going to show different information than OSE.
Hubspot does get at least some of their information for their Link Tool from our API, but I don't think we're their only source. I pinged a few team members to see if they had any ideas, but they closest thing we could find was this article. If they're showing a backlink that we aren't it's likely that they're using other sources. Sorry I can't shed more light on this! The truth is I'm not totally sure all the sources Hubspot uses. In regards to OSE I can tell you that we update our Mozscape Index about once a month. You can always check for our next update here. I hope this helps! HubSpot and AHREFs likely have more resources dedicated to crawling the web for links. The more resources you have, the more of the web you crawl and the more links you find.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to retrieve data for a specific URL using the Moz API, specifically the data.site.metrics.fetch method. I’m attempting to retrieve metrics for this page via the API, but it seems like the API does not recognise the URL, even though it’s visible in Link Explorer. Questions: Why does the API return "Query Not Found" for a URL that is indexed in Link Explorer? Is there a way to request Moz to crawl or re-crawl this URL to ensure it's accessible via the API? Location Data Batch Updates via the MOZ API
According to the MOZ API documentation, I am able to update multiple Locations in a batch in order to create or update their location data, currently 130 locations. I have successfully created a batch and the API returned the $id, as I expected. Yet, it doesn't make clear how the multiple locations I want to update are supposed to be sent back to the API. I was expecting an upload of a CSV file or JSON data, and not Query Parameter as noted in the docs. When including a JSON file, properly formatted, as a binary upload, the response is still expecting a locations parameter. Wrong answers for API request
Hi, I just recently started getting errors when using the API. The request back contains zeros for all the keys except PDA which is a new to me. Haven't changed anything in the code and the authorization seems to work fine. Is this something on my end? However, I don't get for all the requests, perhaps half of the time. Domain Authority drop due to Moz update?
Hi guys, I have noticed an unusual Domain Authority (DA) drop in mid November for many different websites here in Sweden. There was a Moz update the 12th of November which I assume has to do with this drop. I have attached the DA history chart to visualize the drop. Does someone have any information about: Did the drop in DA have to do with the update the 12<sup>th</sup>? Did the new update have a new type of metric calculation? What is Moz's Error.aspx?aspxerrorpath HTTP Status 302 error message?
Hi, I am not sure what this error message is: "Error.aspx?aspxerrorpath". It immediately follows pages that are given at 302 status in Moz's crawl report. The same pages have never had this error before: | http://www.homedestination.com/news/2013/Minneapolis-home-price-appreciation.html | | http://www.homedestination.com/mortgage-worksheet.html | | http://www.homedestination.com/foreclosure-eligibility.html | Each page has a 100% score with WC3.
