Is there really only room for 3 competitors?
-
Is there a way to upgrade the account to get more competitors? Every website I analyze has more than 3 competitors, which makes the took very difficult to justify if no upgrade is possible. Any ideas?
Thanks for any help!,
Eric

This was a deal breaker for me as well. I'm still going to trial Moz in terms of identifying other potential benefits, but I came here to evaluate competitive intelligence tools. I'm mostly concerned right now at learning everything I can about at least 9 competitors, so this won't do for me. It'd be nice to have everything in one dashboard or package - the campaign intelligence you have here and competitor intelligence.

Hi Eric!
Thanks for reaching out. My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Unfortunately there's no upgrade option to get more competitors. With our current pricing tiers when you upgrade you get more data (ie keywords, pages crawled, campaigns, and social accounts). The only exception functionality wise here is branded reporting.
The only work around I can think of for the time being is to set up multiple campaigns for your site, and add your various competitors to those campaigns. The good news is, we feedback here at Moz, and this is definitely something I'll send up the river to our Product Team. You can also chime in on our Feature Request Forum. Our Product Team checks this forum pretty regularly, and they might be able to shed more light on whether or not this is something we can bake in down the road.
I hope this helps!
Cheers,
Erin

Can I use 2 Moz Campaigns to Track more than 3 Competitors?
I would like to track 6 competitors for a new client, maybe short term, maybe long term. Can I set up 2 Moz Campaigns for the same client using the same keywords only with different competitors?

Key words-competitors
Hi guys- I am new to Moz. I am looking for a tool which can let me know which keywords my competitors are ranking for. I want to know both for knowing which keywords I should be doing a better job with and which keywords I am missing overall. My site is www.canadianbullionservices.com and am interested only in Canadian competitors. Thanks Jamie

Hi, I'm sorry for this basic question but I couldnt find the answer through searching How many competitors can you track and follow the key word search results for? When I setup the Moz account I entered 3 competitors, I can see how to change any of those 3, but I cant see how to add to them. Is there a way? Thanks v much

Everything is empty, no stats displayed for 3 days. How long it takes for data to appear?
Everything in my Moz Analytics campaign is empty. Shows either "-" or "0". How long does it take for some data to appear? 3 days ago I have set up the Campaign, connected Google Analytics, Set up keywords, etc. Every day I receive 4 copies of same identical email from Moz, "New Crawl Complete for ..." I go to moz analytics and nothing has changed. Still zeroes and no data. So Moz Analytics doesn't do anything, doesn't show any stats, sends multiple bogus emails. Looks like moz analytics is totally broken? Not even beta quality. Yet to sign up I had to provide my credit card.

Where to find answers to really dumb questions about setting up Moz campaigns...
I had a Moz account earlier this year, let it drop for a few months, then decided it really was important to have one. So I'm back. But there is still something about it that I really find frustrating. I can't seem to find any answers to what seem to be basic questions. Maybe they are too simple, maybe they are just dumb questions, but I sure would appreciate it if somebody could lead me to another source of information. Maybe somebody has written a "Moz for Dummies" book? Here's an example: I'm setting up campaigns for my websites, and I get to the Brand and Mentions section. It tries to autofill the space using my campaign name, but that's not accurate. So I go look at the Help Hub for Brands and Mentions, and it gives an example using MOZ as the brand name. But not many sites have a three-letter domain name, do they?. One of my domains is EasyDigging.com (2 words) and the other is BestDryingRack.com (3 words). So I look and look, but can't find any examples of longer domain names. So I have no idea how to enter my Brand. Should it be the whole "EasyDigging.com" or should it just be "EasyDIgging" or should it be broke up into "Easy Digging"? This is just 1 example. I find these sort of unanswered questions almost every time I try something new. Is there a collection of examples anywhere? I really hope so. Surely there are others who learn best from examples, who hate having to guess based on slim or vague instructions. Keeping my fingers crossed that somebody can lead me to the goldmine of good examples. Thanks!

Competitor Rank: DA Tracking Available but Keyword Ranking Not Tracked?
I'm tracking a competitor who is very active and also very successful in terms of DA (via MOZ.) However, their domain shows up as "Not in Top 50" for every keyword ranking I track. I've verified via manual tracking of natural results (even with a proxy) that they are competitive with my rankings. It stands to reason that MOZ can track the domain because of the ability to monitor DA successfully. Is there any reason keyword rankings would be "cloaked" or unavailable to the MOZ algorithm when DA metrics are available?
