I want to know open site explorer is show all link root domain or not? As my point of view missing some linking root domain of my website on opensiteexplorer,so, Why Its not showing all link root domain?

Google bot crawls your site, now Google is very powerful so it can crawl lots of sites quickly
OSE aka Rogerbot he is not as powerful as Google so it takes him a bit longer to get around and crawl sites he tries his best but can't keep up with google so it takes him a bit longer.
So they are both correct, if you want to see all your URLS you can do some of the following safety tips!
1. Always track any links you've created!
2. You don't have to stick to just one! Yes you can combine multiple sites like OSE, Majestic SEO & ahrefs to create a big list of the URLS that are connected to your site.
3 Don't Panic - URLS are not everything that you should be concerned by is you can't see a couple.

I saw in a Google Webmaster Tool showing top links root domain is 453 and Open Site Explorer is showing 90 top links root domain, So what is the difference between both of tools and who is the given right information about root domain? One thinks also is right here Google Webmaster tools showing maximum no. of indexing urls (19,582,381links) but open site explorer showing only some of indexing urls? I am so Confused about these query Please guide as soon as possible.

How do you know its not showing them all? Remember Rogerbot is a bit slower to getting around the internet but you can also use other site like Majestic SEO & ahrefs to get a good idea of what links you've got (as well as Google webmaster tools!)

Website showing High Spam Score
I am having a website https://www.hemporganic.net/ Suddenly I am noticing the website showing around 42% spam score. I simply cannot understand the reason behind it. The website contains only one backlink and that too it is guest posting backlink. Please explain to me why this is occurring with my site.

Domain Authority Historic Differences?
Moz Team, We are again seeing shifts on how we report on Domain Authority. When Moz moved from OSE to LE, domain authority scores changed (which is fine because our direct competitors in LE also saw similar changes). The problem is it looks like domain authority trends have re-calibrated to show a long term decline instead of a long term increase, which changes the narrative entirely. Please see IMGUR link. Is this a temporary issue, or has Moz again changed the scale in which DA is measured? Is anyone else seeing disparities in their data? Thanks All! NfnM4dk.jpg

Inbound links not found in Moz Pro(though they exist)
These sites have many inbound links but Moz Pro finds no such links. I also used SimilarWebPro Trial to confirm the existing of such links. (these sites have IP block so it requires an VPN to access with Japan IP) osakado.cc

Low Internal Equity-Passing Links: Open Ste Explorer Issue
Does anyone know why Open Site Explorer shows so few Internal Equity Passing Links? When a page is part of the main navigation of a website and the website has over 3500 pages indexed in Google with high DA's why would the Open Site Explorer number be so low? I have run scans on other tools and see a much larger number than OSE reports. Thoughts? Has anyone else ever experienced that?

Moz cannot crawl domain. Also OSE does not work properly on this specific domain?
Hi all, Moz cannot crawl the domein http://www.hoesjescases.nl.
Link Explorer | | Guapa_zwolle
When I open the crawl report I only see one line: <colgroup><col width="229"><col width="287"><col width="420"><col width="370"><col width="141"></colgroup>
| URL | Time Crawled | Title Tag | Meta Description | HTTP Status Code |
| http://www.hoesjescases.nl | 2015-10-05T12:20:48Z | 404 : Received 404 (Not Found) error response for page. | Error attempting to request page; see title for details. | 404 | Also when running OSE on this domain, Moz only can find 4 root domains while Majestic can find 91 domains. Google seems not to have any problems. What can be the problem for MOZ? Greetings!0 -
Which trumps: spam ranking or domain authority?
I am trying to manage my backlinks by removing ones with high spam links, but I am having trouble drawling the line between helpful/harmful links. One link, for instance, has a span ranking of 7 indicating a 30% chance of penalization from Google crawlers. This same link, however, also boasts a domain authority of 67 which indicates it is also potentially helpful to my own Google crawler success. My question is, which of these scores (spam rank and domain authority) trumps the other? Should I try to get the site owner to remove it? Am I even thinking about this issue correctly? If so, how would you suggest I draw the line in the future? Ben
