Why does the number of the total external links and the followed linking root domains between Open site explorer and the campaign in Moz pro doesn't match?

Opensiteexplorer returns 52.473 total external links and 715 followed linking root domains while my campaign in Moz analytics return 35.899 total external links and 1092 followed linking root domains. Does anyone knows how this is possible?

In campaigns you can only toggle results for the (root) domain & subdomain where on OSE you can see metrics for both and page metrics.

I'm not sure what all of the different link terms mean: -External, followed links -Internal, nofollowed links -External, nofollowed links -Internal, no followed links -Total linking domains -Followed linking domains What are the differences? Moz's Spam Score - WWW v Non-WWW
Given that going with a www or non-www TLD is a coin-toss in Google's eyes, I'm curious as to how this relates to Moz's spam score (if at all)? Specifically, we've got a client who has several sites across a number of industry verticals, and for some of them, the www and the non-www versions of their websites are both in play (sigh). Obviously we'll sort that out shortly, but my question is why, when we put both TLDs into Open Site Explorer does the www and the non-www version of the sites get different spam scores? With some of their sites (www v non-www) the difference in the spam score might be a 2 for the www v a 3 for the non-www. But in others it might be 0 for the www v 8 for the non-www! And it's unclear which one is the 'real' spam score, as there seems no rhyme or reason to the results. Anyway, any thoughts from the room would be appreciated.

Getting Different PA/DA for 'www' and 'non-www'?
Can anyone explain why we're seeing different DA/PA for our website when viewing in OSE for 'www' and 'non-www'? This is for our site whiteboardcreations.com Our 'www' is resolving at DA 37 | PA 47

Moz crawling bot
Hi guys, in OpenSiteExplorer -> Top Pages, there are no page titles displayed in a raport for certain domain, and "HTTP Status" column shows: "Blocked by robots.txt". I tried to find out what the ID of Moz crawling bot is, and on this page: http://moz.com/community/q/seomoz-spider-bot-details someone says it's: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; rogerBot/1.0; http://www.seomoz.org/dp/rogerbot). However, my robots.txt doesn't have such entry. Total links
Hi there, Root domain metrics I do not understand the "Total links" metric. I was checking this domain: domesticviolenceuk.org. The total links value (11k) is huge compared to the sum of external and internal links (429 + 221). Why? Is that because 221 is the number of internal links to the single page and not to the root domain? If so, it would mean this domain has 10k internal links. Thank you. Willy

Domain Authority still down
It was mentioned several weeks ago (http://moz.com/community/q/domain-authority-drops) that there had been a 2 point drop in the DA, and it was to be fixed at the "next" index. The index refresh happened 17th Jan but the DA seemed to remain the two points lower than expected. Is it just my sites 😞 or has this not been fixed yet... and will it be fixed? Regards, Gordon
