Https not sticking on competitor URL
-
One of our competitors uses Https:// on thier search results and when we add and save it, it removes the s - we know their site ranks on specific keywords, we know this from manually searching before we got moz but moz is not showing them because it is looking for http:// not https://
How can i fix this.
Also - when we first set it up, we did not add the www. and our analytics are setup as such so we show no traffic on our dashboard, but it wont let me edit to change it.
Thanks

Hello Tom, this is Abe from the Moz Help Team. I'd love to help! First, you will need to set up a new campaign and archive the current one if your primary campaign domain is incorrect. Right now we do not have the option to customize a campaign's main domain settings.
Second, https:// is not available for competitor sites quite yet. We hope to add this capability and I apologize for any inconvenience.
If you have any further issues, reach out to the Moz Help team at help@Moz.com. Ask for Abe.

Canonical url does not seem to be recognised by Moz
Hey guys, forgive me... brand new user of Moz. Moz is telling me I have duplicate url's - a lot of them. Investigating I see that it is classing http://creativedigital.co.nz/artprints/lake-tekapo-church-of-the-good-shepherd?tag=lake as a duplicate of http://creativedigital.co.nz/artprints/lake-tekapo-church-of-the-good-shepherd even though there is a canonical tag in head as follows I'm not quite sure what I am doing wrong. Any advice would really be appreciated 🙂 Mike

Domain added to the url
Hi, I am having a problem with my Wordpress site http://www.food-and-garden. It seems the domain www.food-and-garden.com is added to the url, for example http://www.food-and-garden.com/recipe-items/blini-lumpfish-roe/www.food-and-garden.com Right now I have 249 404 errors. That's a lot! I found a Q&A similar to this, and as far as I understand, it has to do with relative links. I quess somewhere on my site there is href="www.food-and-garden.com" instead of href="http://www.food-and-garden.com" My question is, how do I find the broken link? Thank you!

A lot of duplicate content issues - does Moz understand canonical URL?
Hi, Since I subscribed to Moz my Magento store has given a lot of duplicate content issues. However, I did have a problem with Canonical URL at the time. It has been settled for a couple of weeks by now and although I had 302 redirects before, I configured Magento to 301 today. Since Moz has been crawling and showing duplicate content for exactly the same Magento pages but with endings like store=us, store=aus etc (since I have several store views enabled), I am wondering whether canonical URL does actually help Google to skip these versions of the duplicate pages and does Moz also understand it and will it reduce the amount of duplicate content errors once the 301 redirects and canonical URLs have been properly set for a week or so? Thanks!

MozBar URL Flag shows wrong country
My site has been up for about 6 months, and is visible on google (http://www.forforce.com.br/). Even when searching for my exact brand name "For Force Suplementos", using google brazil from Curitiba (the stores physical city) I show up on page 3, so I'm obviously doing something wrong. I just today started looking into SEO. And we haven't done anything to earn a penalty. (There's no links actually anywhere but our facebook page to us, which I know is a problem I need to work on). Anyway, I just signed up for a MozPro subscription, and installed the MozBar. Looking at the On-Page elements, next to the URL, I see a U.S. flag, and am wondering if that is part of my problem. The site is physically hosted in the U.S., so maybe that's where the flag comes from (Quality) hosting is too expensive in Brazil). Is this something I should be worried about? I also am using CloudFlare to help speed up the site, which I don't think has a Brazil POP. Thanks in advance for any advice! -Eric
