Track ranking history
-
I'm trying to find out how a keyword phrase ranked over time. I remember how to do it on the old Moz platform, but do not see it in the new platform.
I've checked the help files and forums and the information seems outdated because it mentions to click on a link that is not there.

Hi Michael, that would be a nice addition to Moz Analytics! You can request new features like this, check the status of feature requests, and upvote other subscribers' requests at https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-Moz-Feature-Requests.

Thank you. Too bad they don't have a graph to add to the custom reports.Michael

Hi Michael thanks for your question! On the new Moz Analytics platform, navigate to "Search" and then "Keyword Rankings" from the Campaign Dashboard. On the "Rankings" tab, click on "Email Keyword Rankings CSV". This is a button located just above the keyword rankings bar graph (far right side). You can also have keyword ranking history emailed to you from the tabs labeled "Engines", "Performance" and "Competition" in this same section. Let me know if that works for you, or if you need clarification.

Strange insight "tracked keywords" from Moz
Hi there, I was wondering if somebody is seeying the same problem. Since a couple of days i got a new keyword insights in my mail and i've seen some strange things for two accounts. The branded keywords are dropped lower then position 51. The thing is that i got an insight, i checked it in my private mode and the branded keywords are still there. Other keywords are still ranking, and there is no effect on my traffic. There is no connection between the sites. One has a couple of links and the other a lot. One has a very good page with nice optimalisation and the other has no text. So it couldn't be over-optimalisation and incoming links...

There are rankings that are incorrect and some users that have the same ranking than other users. I've attached some pics. GR 25603b49292acd5d68f7dd6a43977f94 6d8fea557f6ed2de23466f6c7df850eb0 -

Keyword Ranking Report Blank
I have a custom ranking report set up to run every month. The module that shows the overall changes (how many improved, how many dropped, number in rank #1-3, etc.) populates with data, but the keyword ranking for tracked keywords listing is blank for all keywords, all search engines. I haven't changed anything in my campaigns - why is this reporting blank? Thanks!

MOZ Onpage grade and Google ranking.
I have found for years that there is not necessarily any connection between the onpage given by Moz and the SEO ranking. "F" page can be #1 in Google for long periods of time, and "A" pages can be unranked. I do not see the consistency, so I am unsure how much time to spend optimizing as suggested. I know there are many factors in rankings, but I just wanted to point out that this lack of consistency makes me hesitate to make changes to well-ranking pages -- especially with algorithm changes happening all the time. It seems that everything is considered over-optimization of late, even if it is all natural language. It is hard to NOT use words or synonyms sometimes on pages, for example... Thank you for your great product. I just want to know how my time to spend on this matter or turn my attention to off-page factors where the inconsistency is hard to figure out.

Moz ranking report shows massive loss in Bing SERP's. But it is not the case?
My weekly ranking report shows massive loss of SERP's on Bing. For most keywords I was no longer in the top 50 which where first top 5. But when I checked it out for myself, I'm still ranked top 5 for these keywords. I then used the Moz Rank Tracker and there it also says I'm still ranking top 5 for these keywords. What should I believe now?

Rank Tracker Inconsistencies
My rank tracker reports are odd. The 'Changes From Last Week' don't align with the numbers in the other reports I have been getting. For instance, it will say +3 for a particular search term and show the Latest Ranking to be the same as it has been for a couple of weeks. There has been no +3 to the ranking according to the reports. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!
