Fixing Non-Valid URL - Oops! This does not appear to be a valid URL. Please try again.
-
Edit - Turns out I can't delete a question. I ended up finding out I'm supposed to email the Moz team at help@moz.com.
I did a search regarding the issue, but I only found answers for people using AWS. The results say the .htaccess isn't setup correctly, but I don't know how to fix that file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi Matthew!
Thanks for reaching out! I appologize that it's taken us so long to get back to you, things have been a little hectic around here! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. You're totally right, you'll want to shoot us an email at help@moz.com with the URL you're using so we can dig into this and see if we can figure out why you're running into this "oops" error. Without knowing the URL you're trying to use, it's impossible for me to speculate as to what could be going on.
I'll leave this marked as "unanswered" in case you want to keep working with Bryan, and we look forward to your email!
Cheers!
Erin

I can find the .htaccess file no problem, I'm just not sure what's wrong with it. Here are the contents:
Use PHP5.4 as default
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php54 .php
BEGIN WordPress
<ifmodule mod_rewrite.c="">RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]</ifmodule>END WordPress

These (.htaccess) are hidden files. You can use an FTP client to view/edit this file. Or modify your computer setting to "show hidden files" and you will then be able to access/edit this file from your local drive.
Be VERY careful when modifying this file as you can crash your site all together. Make sure to backup the original file before modifying. Hope this helps!

MOZ flagging urls as longer than 75 characters when they aren't
As an example: https://www.abthermal.com/3m-70-70hdt-self-fusing-silicone-rubber-electrical-tape.html Moz has flagged this as URL too long... but guideline is that happens at 75 characters or more? I count 55..?? or does the 75 limit have to include the domain? Thanks, Adrian

901 error code showing url back to back in crawl
Hi Everyone, I'm absolutely dumbfounded about this 901 issue (showing pages with our url back to back). Our site is hosted on Big Commerce: https://www.santabarbarachocolate.com When I look for these pages being crawled I don't find them. I've called BC for help and I can't seem to find a solution or where to turn as to how to fix the issue at hand or even if it matters. Please see below what the Moz crawl shows. Could this be related to Yotpo or some app we have running? Or does this even matter and does it have any influence on rank? Do you have recommendations or ideas? Thanks so much. Twitter Data Not Appearing in Tool or Reports
I have added our Twitter account and our Facebook account to our campaign. The Facebook data appears in our reports. However, the Twitter data does not. I have check to confirm that our account is connected, and it appears that it is. It has been connected for about a week, and we're still not seeing any data. What could be causing this, and how can we fix it?

Oops! This doesn't appear to be a valid URL. Please try again.
Hi, I just started with using MOZ and at my first attemp I can not start a new campaign because my url doesn't appear to be valid.. I tried http://www.mydomain.nl , www.mydomain.nl and mydomain.nl.. It's a Dutch extension (.nl). Can this be the problem? Excuse me my spelling and typo's. I'm Dutch 🙂
