Google just ran a new Panda update targeting quality content.
It looks for words related such as synonyms and well written content. Over use of keywords will not help you it will harm you.
Google around a bit and read about Panda and quality content. It will become very clear that the methods you describe will only hurt you.
@sachin-sv also makes a very valid point that your content should be written with your users in mind. This will help with trust, if users thing your English is poor they may choose to distrust your product. A regular user has no idea why you would mention the word phone so many times.
Better ti choose your main key-phrase and a write a compelling sales paragraph such as
Our x Phone is [sales pitch] additionally we have durable cases in multiple colours available, replacement batteries, chargers and lots more..... (try using words like mobile/cell etc... and other synonyms where appropriate, the diversity will be good)
You could look for other well written sites that sell the same product and rank well in Google, take that a rewrite it with more detailed information.
This is going to work much better for you and will not get you penalised for keyword stuffing.

If you are planning to insert these keywords in your content for the sake of SEO then I would strongly suggest you to avoid this practice.
Having a keyword appear multiple times on the page does help Google to relate what the page is all about, however, stuffing the keywords unnecessarily will fade your users' experience and warn Google that you are trying to over-optimize your page for the algorithm and your site may get penalized.
I would advice you to focus more on quality of the content and try to use the keywords in optimum level. Get your content right, think about the words you want a page to be found for and use them naturally on the page. It will help you to created a solid foundation and will support all of your other SEO efforts.
Hope this helps!

Local SEO: Ste vs. Suite vs. #
Hi, I used the spelled out "Suite" in my local NAP, but sometimes it's been shortened to Ste by citation websites. I'm trying to remain consistent here Should I use Ste H, Suite H, or #H? This is a good article on it: http://localsearchforum.catalystemarketing.com/google-local-citations/1605-suite-vs-ste-vs-your-citation-addresses-2.html but I'd still like your opinion.

All Keywords Down.
all keywords are down all of a sudden. Any input will be appreciated. Everything was just working fine. Was that a result of Panda or Penguin update? Under webmaster there is no yellow question mark. Everyhting looks good in "Onpage" optimization. SOS.

Video SEO: Videos in Multiple Sources
Frist time question, so excited! 🙂 We are hosting videos on Wistia for a new series we're calling Tatango University - Very similar to Whiteboard Fridays as you can tell - thanks Rand for the idea. My question, should we also be uploading the videos to YouTube or will this somehow we looked at as duplicate content or video spamming? Also, if we host them on YouTube will they always come up before our videos on our own site, therefore driving all the traffic to YouTube? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hosting All Content Images On Flickr For Blog - What are SEO implications?
Hi, I am starting a travel blog and thought of the idea of hosting all the content images over at Flickr and just calling them into my blog content when needed. Benefits: push traffic over to my Flickr account pull traffic from Flickr to my blog However, I was just wondering about any SEO implications of having 3-4 links per post pointing to Flickr. Is this spammy? Will I lose my juice? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Why are we ranking so poorly for this keyword
I am having a hard time understanding why we are ranking so poorly for the keyword search "self storage toronto" on google.ca We have claimed our places page, and we have 38 citations and 9 reviews. Yet for some reason we are burried 7 pages into the places pages results way below other places pages that have far lower page authority, domain authority, and less citations and reviews on their places page. I just can't understand what we are doing wrong / overlooking. Any ideas? Here's the places page i am referring too: http://maps.google.ca/maps/place?hl=en&ie=UTF8&q=storwell&fb=1&gl=ca&hq=storwell&cid=3009236871758088464&z=14 We do happen to land very high in the organic results for the same keyword, infact we are on the first page but why is google not giving us any love in places?
