New Moz reports

The new MozPRo reports do not give me the same level of data as my previous reports on the old platform, including detailed keyword reporting. I recently discovered that even if I schedule a monthly report, I still only get weekly data. Is it just me or is anyone else struggling with these new reports?

Thanks for writing us! So I am really sorry that you are having trouble with Moz Analytics. Generally we require at least 21 days worth of data before we can create a monthly report. Also, as the previous comment stated we generally send out monthly reports at the start of the month by around the 4th.
If you need a walkthrough of our new reports or would just like to have a 1:1 interaction with a customer service representative I would recommend reaching out to our team at help@moz.com. We will generally try to get back to you within 24 hours although, if things get busy that may jump up to 48 hours.

Looks strange, I just checked my report but all looks good . I would ask you to double check your report setting.
When you set up a monthly report in a campaign, MOZ run all those reports on the 1st of the month, and start sending them out. It may take until the 4th of the month for all of them to run and get emailed and show up in your campaign.

Location Data Batch Updates via the MOZ API
According to the MOZ API documentation, I am able to update multiple Locations in a batch in order to create or update their location data, currently 130 locations. I have successfully created a batch and the API returned the $id, as I expected. Yet, it doesn't make clear how the multiple locations I want to update are supposed to be sent back to the API. I was expecting an upload of a CSV file or JSON data, and not Query Parameter as noted in the docs. When including a JSON file, properly formatted, as a binary upload, the response is still expecting a locations parameter. MOZ API - Search Visibility
Hello there, We are looking to see if we can recreate the Search Visibility report through the API. We are wondering which API parameters and metrics we should use to recreate the report? Also, we want to distinguish between traffic coming from desktops and mobile traffic. Is this possible with the API? Which type of account do we need to use for these functionalities: the free account or paid account? We are currently using a free account. Also: we are wondering if can access historical data with the API? For instance: we want to determine the domain authority from October 2016 off on. Is this possible? Thanks in advance! Frequency of Moz page authority updates?
I have some new pages on my site, and Moz gives them a very low PA ranking. I am wondering if these scores are updated monthly or quarterly? I'm not sure how frequently to check back for updated scoring.

Hi All - We have a large client who's website when down for a few hours the same day we crawled the site with Moz. They are asking if we can get a log file with the details of what and when Moz crawled on their site. Have any of you ever experienced this issue before? Is that data out there? Are EC2 servers blocked from using the Moz API?
Hi I've created a script that I'd like to use to check a list of domains using the Moz API. It works totally fine on my local machine. However, when I run it from my EC2 instance, it fails every time. To be specific, the response is always empty (the response is an empty json array) when the request is sent from EC2. Is, for some reason, EC2 blocked by the Moz API? Many thanks for your help, Andrew
