Not able to access Moz pro page and my campaigns
-
Hi,
I could not able to access my campaign pages (pro home page). I received the below issue while logged into my account.
This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at http://moz.com/pro/home has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
Learn more about this problem.
Error code: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
I have checked on both firefox, chrome browsers after cleared the history and cookies. Also checked with different ISP providers. But received the same.
Has anyone experienced the same? Plz help.

Everything should be working now. If you're still having any problems, please contact help@moz.com. Thanks!

I thought it was just me, but looks like everyone is being affected by the redirect loop.

Any sort of time frame until it is up and running again?
-
Thanks Keri for your update

Hi! We've sounded the alarm bells at Moz HQ about this, and are waking up the engineers. We'll get you updated as soon as we have more information.

I've contacted Moz through their help page, I'm sure they'll be in contact soon!
-
Seems to be down for me too.

Odd search page behaviour (missing description)
Hey folks, in our page crawl errors we are getting 1000's (literally) of missing description errors on our search page - see attached image for what I mean. I have no idea how these are being generated as crawled links? Any help would be appreciated as it would really clean up our errors! qAzah

What is the IP address of the MOZ crawlbot?
Our preproduction site is restricted to a specific IP range. Prelaunch I'd like to use MOZ to check the site but this obviously isn't currently possible. Is there an IP range I can whitelist ?

Error Selecting Search Engine During Moz Campaign Set-Up
Hi, I'm setting up a Moz campaign for a new client, and when I get to the third step, "Choose the search engines for which you would like to track rankings," there's nothing to select. No drop down, or anything, just a blank field under the heading. If I try to advance, I get an error pop-up that says I must select a search engine. Has anyone else run into this problem? What should I do? GlWPAsc zAmzqFf

Why wont rogerbot crawl my page?
How can I find out why rogerbot won't crawl an individual page I give it to crawl for page-grader? Google, bing, yahoo all crawl pages just fine, but I put in one of the internal pages fo page-grader to check for keywords and it gave me an F -- it isn't crawling the page because the keyword IS in the title and it says it isn't. How do I diagnose the problem?

Why Moz New Users Are Left Alone?
New users when sign up to an application like Moz need concrete support to make them familiarized the basics at least, but Moz seems to be not realizing this hardship of the new users or intentionally ignoring it. There is no chat service or phone numbers to quickly contact the designated agent for some quick help. Mail responses that are received after much time have their limitations -- not much interactive. What the new users should do, because the Moz is not that simple for new users. [edited question for formatting]

How does MOZ assign a keyword to a page in the On Page Grades by Keyword Ranking
I'm in the beta analytics tool. In the On Page Optimization > On Page Grades by Keyword section, there is a Keyword column with a keyword assigned to each URL on my site. http://analytics.moz.com/search/on-page/572409.326269 How is the keyword that is shown here decieed upon? Is it simply based on a guess of the "best keyword" for each page based on kwp density and other factors? Can I map a new keyword to each page? or at least to my top ten most important pages? I see I can check the grade for any keyword on any page here: http://analytics.moz.com/search/manage-page-grades/572409.326269. I want to map my top ten pages to ten keywords - can I save these changes in the system so I don't have to manually check a keyword/url match each time? Shaun
