How do you find out all the keywords Google is ranking you for?
-
Hello, Is there anyway of finding out all the keywords that Google is currently ranking our website for so that we can then build on those keyword positions?
Many thanks,
-
Thank you so much everyone - that's great! I will look into all your suggestions I really appreciate it.

SEMrush is nice - but it stops if a keyword ranks outside the top 20.
The best solution, IMHO, is to use Google Webmaster Tools. The 'search queries' area will have that information for you and show you deep results. Here's a URL: http://www.google.com/webmasters/
If you're new to it, you may need to wait a week or two for it to gather impression data for you. That, to me, would be the best solution for you.
PS - is this a trolling question?

Another vote for SEMRush here! I use it daily. I also like looking at GWT's Search Queries & Content Keywords reports to see what KWs are driving organic traffic & how Google is 'understanding' my site (respectively); then, as you said, you can make a push to build up the authority of your site for specific KWs/categories within your content strategy.
I hope this helps!

SEMRush will do this. In their interface under Organic Research is Positions, which shows which keywords you rank in the top 20 for organically. Unfortunately it is a paid tool, but for free you can see how many keywords you rank for and what the first ten are.

Have you looked at your landing pages report in Google Analytics? I would also check your high performing keywords in AdWords if you have an account with them. You can go into Webmaster tools, into search queries. It will show you how many impressions and clicks you have for terms as well as your average position.

Does anyone know of a tool where you can get all of the keyword that any given landing page is ranking for?
I'd like to find out what landing pages are ranking for which keywords, but I haven't been able to find a tool that does it. I was hoping there would be something where I could submit the url and get a list of every keyword it is ranking for. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

Recently one of our landing pages is being hammered by Google last we we lost one position this week we lost 5 positions. Although, when I check the on-page grade Moz gives it an A is there a check sheet anyone has that I could go through to see if I have any common problems. Ryan

KeyWord Density?
What is an acceptable density for a keyword? It's wise to push it as close to spam without sacrificing user experience, correct? I read an article on SeoMoz (outdated I think) that mentioned 6%. If it's a keyword phrase, do you have to make sure you don't go over the density level of a particular word in the phrase. If it's a three word phrase, do you have to not use any one word more than X% or just monitor the exact keyword.

Page Rank
I had just made a 301 re-direct on one of our product pages which had a PR of 4, now that Google has indexed the new page, it's now got a PR of 0, i'm struggling to understand why this could be, i know that you may see a drop of 1, which has happened in the past, but this drop just does not make sense. Any ideas of why this could be? Kind Regards

My homepage no longer ranks for a keyword, instead a page from the blog now appears in the results
Hello, Our site used to rank for a specific keyword - "eco products", with a link going to the homepage. However, in the last few weeks, we've noticed that the home page no longer ranks for this keyword, and instead the second result on the page is a link to a catagory page on our blog. I'd be very grateful if anyone had any information about why this might have happened, and what possible steps I could take to remedy the situation. Many thanks, Sophy
