Crawl errors

Hi I have the following errors on my site and was wondering would it help improve my ranking to fix :
Missing Meta Description Tag 137Duplicate Page Title 17Title Element is Too Long 6Temporary Redirect 3
-
I would definitely fix them. The meta data is important to your site. It tells searchers and engines what your pages are about and leads to how relevant they are compared to your competition.

Hi David,
You don't have to but my advice is to fix them they are fairly easy fixes to do and they all add up to helping your site even if there is not one magic fix, a good example could be seen here - http://moz.com/blog/ugly-seo-mess-recovery-case-study where a lot of these little things all added up to helping one big thing. Remember things like title & description tags can also help CTR in SERPs which is always helpful. A great place if your title tag is too long is here - http://moz.com/blog/new-title-tag-guidelines-preview-tool
Hope that helps.

Missing canonical tag error - office pages
Moz is throwing an error for our office pages (10 office pages in the format /office/location-1; /office/location-2 etc) but the content is different. How should we handle the canonical tag? Thanks

Dynamic URL Parameters + Woocommerce create 404 errors
Hi Guys,
On-Page Optimization | | jeeyer
Our latest Moz crawl shows a lot of 404-errors for pages that create dynamical links for users? (I guess it are dynamic links, not sure). Situation: On a page which shows products from brand X users can use the pagination icons on the bottom, or click on: View: / 24/48/All.
When a user clicks 48 the end of the link will be /?show_products=48
I think there were some pages that could show 48 products but do not exist anymore (because products are sold out for example), and that's why they show 404's and Moz reports them. How do I deal with these 404-errors? I can't set a 301-redirect because it depends on how many products are shown (it changes every time).
Should I just ignore these kind of 404-errors? Or what is the best way to handle this situation?0 -
Google Crawl Errors from vbseo change
We have vbseo setup on our site and for some reason a setting was changed unexpectedly and was un-noticed where it changed the URL of all the pages and so none of our pages were getting indexed by google any longer due to 401 errors. Most of our SE traffic fell off. We discovered the issue a couple weeks ago and we changed the setting back so that the URLs are the same as they were originally before but in Google webmasters it's still showing crawl errors and our search engine traffic hasn't recovered at all. We have sitemaps being sent daily.

How much content does Google Crawl on your site?
Hi, We've had a debate around the office where some people believe that Google only crawls the first 150-200 words on a page and some people believe that they priority content that is above the fold and other people believe that all content has the same priority. Can you help us? Thanks,

Crawl with cach problem
Hello, My Crawl results in Seomoz shows me that i have few thousands of 302 direct problem, bucause it was crawling links like http://www.sposae.com/abito-sposa-g2026-pr-347.html?action=buy_now and it would be redirected automatically to http://www.sposae.com/cookie_usage.php because of cookie not activated from the user. Now I'm wondering if this is an issue to be solved or just a minor thing without impact. Thanks

Why are my tags causing duplicate error?
Hi, When I run an SEO moz crawl it is picking up duplicate errors from my tags. Currently I have these set as domain url/tag/name of the tag. Is this incorrect? Is there anything I can do to stop this being picked up as duplicate pages? Thanks, Eliz

Error is not going away and crawling
I have fixed an error but its still showing in red as error. Im totally new to SeoMoz and to SEO in general so im not sure how this tool works. Did I fix it correctly or not if its still showing? It was a broken link and now it links up to another page. Do I just have to wait? My website only has 8 pages and on the dashboard it says crawled 8 pages but it takes up to a week for a full crawl? Im really confused. Thank you in advanced!

See www.comparecurrency.co.uk Are these notices suggesting I have to remove the tag? Can somebody please explain this notice to me .. Thanks Olly
