Unfortunately, we cannot currently track local rankings in India. Right now, we're only covering the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Sorry.

As the others mentioned, we can, however, track general, non-localized rankings for India.

As Alick mentioned, you can use the Moz Rnak Tracker tool, just be sure to select "India" from the drop down on the far right next to Search Engine.

What is a Good Keyword Volume Score?

Hi All! Continuing my series of discussions about the various keyword scores we use here at Moz (previously: Keyword Difficulty & Keyword Opportunity)... Let's move on to Volume. Volume in Moz's tools is expressed in a range, e.g. Bartending Certification has volume of 201-500. These ranges correspond to data we have suggesting that in an average month, that keyword is searched for a minimum of X to a maximum of Y (where X-Y is the volume range). We use clickstream data as well as data from Google AdWords and then some PPC AdWords campaigns we run and have access to when we build the models for our volume data. As such, we've got very high confidence in these numbers -- 95%+ of the time, a given keyword's monthly search volume on Google will fall inside that range. If you want to see all the nitty gritty details, check out Russ Jones post on Moz's Keyword Volume and how we calculate it. As far as a "good" volume score -- higher is usually better, as it means more demand, but lots of keywords with low volume scores can also add up to strong traffic when combined, and they may be more relevant. Capturing exactly the audience you want that also wants you is what SEO is all about. p.s. When Keyword Explorer or Moz Pro gives you a "no data" or "unknown" volume number, it may just mean we haven't collected information from our clickstream providers or AdWords crawls, not that the keyword has no volume (though it sometimes means that, too, we just don't know yet). One way to verify - see if Google Suggest autofills it in when you type in the search box. If it does, that's usually a sign there's at least some volume (even if it's only a few searches a month).

"Keywords Showing" total doesn't match "Tracked Keywords" total

My "Tracked Keywords" total under "Add & Manage Keywords" does not match the total for "Keywords Showing" on the main "Rankings" tab. Why is there a difference? For example, I have 453 tracked keywords attached to my campaign, but under the "Tracked Keywords Overview," there are only 254 listed. I'm sure there's a simple explanation but I can't find it anywhere!

Why there is a big gap between MOZ and Google Analytics Keyword Ranking for my website?

Hello everyone, I've just started a SEO project and I'm very new in the field. Well, I tried to select the most interesting Keywords for my website. When I checked out what the current ranking for each one was, I noticed that between Google and MOZ, figures are totally different. For example, for the word "channel manager": on Google Analytics: #2 on MOZ: not in the top 50 I know that for Google Analytics, these numbers are average (12 months). But it cannot explain such a huge gap. Do you have an explanation for that? And also does that mean that I can't trust Google (really?). Because I also did some analysis with Google figures: Monthly searches, Competition... Thanks for you help! Happy Christmas, Floriane.

National or local tracking of keywords

I manage an account with +20 locations and have used the default National tracking on keywords, but realized that we might see higher rankings if I choose local tracking. If any of you have any experience in this, please tell the world!

Has using Moz got me banned from Google search?

Dear fellow Mozzers, For the last couple of weeks when ever I do a google search I have to enter a captcha code. Now I hardly use google anymore which is annoying ! Then I went onto support.google.com and saw this: https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/86640?hl=en&ref_topic=3378866 "Automated traffic includes: Sending searches from a robot, computer program, automated service, or search scraper Using software that sends searches to Google to see how a website or webpage ranks on Google" Is Moz alone doing this? MoZ vs Alexa & Moz vs Google

My colleague is continuously arguing with me why i went for Moz and why not for Alexa, He also says when Google is there then why Moz. I tried on my part to convince him but he has his own learning. Have any insight into why our Moz Rank dropped?

I'm working on a site with a very low domain authority to start and in viewing our historical MozRank comparison to competitors I see that we had a MozRank between 2 and 3 two months ago, but now have a MozRank of 0. What could have triggered this dropoff? It's clear we need to boost domain authority, but we have never had any so we're no worse in that department now than we were two months ago. Moz Keyword Ranking Report

Hi, Moz Keyword Ranking report shows different results then what i see on my desktop for some keywords. There wasn't much difference on most of them until now so ignored some of the differences but now i see huge differences. For instance, on my Google UK I see the keyword ranking 1 or 2 but Moz reports show 22 or higher than that . Search Engine is Google UK. Would you please advise if I am doing anything wrong here? Thank you,
