Unsolved Crawler was not able to access the robots.txt
I'm trying to setup a campaign for jessicamoraninteriors.com and I keep getting messages that Moz can't crawl the site because it can't access the robots.txt. Not sure why, other crawlers don't seem to have a problem and I can access the robots.txt file from my browser. For some additional info, it's a SquareSpace site and my DNS is handled through Cloudflare. Unsolved Website Traffic
Greetings All. I'm working on a new business website for a client, and I've been accessing the site numerous times daily (troubleshooting, confirming changes, etc.). I've been using Google search to access the site, and I use a VPN so that my IP would be random. So I would presume that the site traffic should be increasing. But on the last Moz Pro crawl, the site traffic was still listed as 0.

Is there a minimum amount of traffic required before Moz recognizes it or is something else going on?

By default, the lesson videos I'm watching have closed caption turned on. I find it annoying and I'd like to turn it off. How do I do that?

Best practices on campaign setup for a microsite... first timer here (be gentle).
if I was to create a microsite, or a landing page, would I create a new campaign to only analyze this page? If I want to report on the effectiveness of SEO on a series of landing pages within a campaign, or a microsite, how would I do this? I cannot seem to create a campaign that only targets several identified pages... this one is baffling me. Help?

Moz not recognising url to setup a new account
I am attempting to setup a new account for my client but Moz is having a problem and not registering the url http://www.esc.uk.net/. I get the "oops" message & read the info on the FAQ page it refers to. Why do I keep getting an "Oops" message when I type and submit my campaign URL? To create a campaign, we need to receive a valid HTTP response from the web server hosting your site. While the site may be accessible from a standard web browser, other user-agents and search engine bots may receive a different response. If you receive this error, we recommend running a test by sending an HTTP response using any online HTTP tool. Using an online HTTP tool I believe I received an HTTP response. What else can I do? Can't setup new campaign
Hi everyone, I'm trying to set up a new campaign for a website which has Cloudflare installed. After I enter the campaign name and URL the loading circle comes up and spins for a while, but then it just stays on the same page. No error message is given. I can't get to the next page of the setup campaign form sequence so that I can set up this campaign. Has anyone else had this problem and is there any fix? Thanks in advance
