Disavow links of my own in niche forums that i post to regularly?

Hi Yall,
I'm disavowing a new set of links and have come across a wall:
Let's say your niche is in web hosting and you post to forums such as a webhostingtalk.com (a forum very popular in the hosting business). If your sole purpose is mostly selling your business and you have links (not anchor text keywords) that you direct users to for specific products and such...do you do a disavow those links?
I'm not leaving links like: Web hosting, or, Free Hosting...
I'm posting deals and answering some questions on other posts that direct to my site with traditional links.

When I make decisions on links like this I base my decisions on overall intent and scale. If you've got a small handful of links like these and they're not keyword anchored then I'd leave them. But, if this is your main way of getting links then I'd be more concerned.
From my experience in dealing with manual penalties, the majority of the time when Google gives us an example from a forum, it's really obvious that it's an unnatural link. It'll usually have a keyword anchor or really not make sense to be there other than for the SEO value. I would think that the same logic goes in to Penguin decisions.
The other factor that may weigh in to my decision making is what other types of links come from those forum posts. If there were links to casino and porn, etc then I'd be worried Google would not like the quality of links in those forums. That doesn't sound like it applies to you.
No one knows for sure, when it comes to Penguin, but that's what I'd do.

I would not disavow, it sounds that you links are totally ok, but if you are not sure, try to use "nofollow" and you should be ok

To be honest, I don't know. I don't think anyone "knows" the answer to this.
You should be 'allowed' to post your link on a forum that allows you to post your link. Google does try to make pretty much all links irrelevant but in our experience, they aren't yet. Links still matter (a lot.) I think niche links in your own industry on relevant forums where you're active? Those are at least in the top 50% of all links you could possibly see online. If they're no good, what is?
(Yes, Google wants "links you don't control." I get that and it makes sense. But they're built so infrequently that it's very difficult to judge billions of sites based on a few uncontrolled links from a few major brands. (We had a client get a sitewide link from ebay.com.au against our advice. It penalised the client's site ... so even a link from Ebay itself can hurt you if it's the wrong link.)
I would leave these links. You can always disavow later but it's harder to get them back if you disavow now.

Linking to one of my own sites, from my site
Hi experts, I own a site for castingjobs (Site1) and a site for selling paintings (Site2). In a long time, I've had a link at the bottom of Site1, linking to Site 2. (Basicaly: Partnerlink: Link site 2). Site1 is for me the the only important site, since it's where Im making my monthly revenue. I added the link like 5 years ago or so, to try to boost site 2. 1. Is it somehow bad for SEO for site 1, since the two sites have nothing to do with each other, they are basically just owned by me.

Link building
ok mozers i have a few questions. I am starting a new seo campaign and i want to target traffic for "how to make money on autopilot" Question 1. when it comes to link building i have seen some articles saying that i should not send all of my links to my landing page at once but to send links to my backlinks then index then using tiered link building. Is this a must or not? will i get penalized if i build 20 targeted links to my landing page in 1 day, lets say 20, pr7-9 domains? or should i tier it out and link maybe 5 pr9 domains to my landing page, then link 10 pr5 domains to each of those 5 pr9 domains and maybe link 20-pr1 domains to each of those tiered 2 pr5 domains? eq: Tier 1 = 5 PR-9 Tier 2 = 50 PR-5 Tier 3 = 1,000 PR-1 Question 2. Is their a certain amount of backlinks i need to use in order to out do my competitor? or does it just matter on the metrics of my backlinks? and when it comes to indexing these links do i need to index just the 5 pr9 links? or do i need to index all of them? or should i just index the landing page through google webmasters tools and hope it indexes all connecting pages? will doing any of these get my landing page indexed faster in order to rank faster? Question 3. Types of link building. Ok i am targeting guest blogs, wordpress sites, etc to put a link on. Should i focus on smm 'social media marketing' as well? or can i just focus on the traditional seo tactics first? Question 4. Keyword research. ok so my blog post is 'how to make money on autpilot' and from my keyword suggestion tools it picked up a list of keywords suggestions to target. Competition ranges from low to high, search volume ranges from 10 to 1900 visitors per month, after organizing the most relevant keywords to add to my campaign should i target each of the these keywords by creating a link building campaign for each one and target it to my landing page or use it as my 2nd or 3rd tier? those are the questions i really have for now. Linking to External Websites?
Is it good to link external websites from every page. Since, the on-page grader shows there should be one link pointing to an external source. I have a website that can point to an external website from every page using the brand name of the specific site like deal sites do have. Is it worth having external link on every page, of-course with a no-follow tag?

Disavow files on m.site
Hi I have a site www.example.com and finally have got the developers to add Google webmaster verification codes for: example.com m.example.com As I was advised this is best practice - however I was wondering does this mean I now need to add the disavow file. Thanks Andy

Should I NoFollow Links Between Our Company Websites?
The company I work for owns and operates hundreds of websites throughout the United States. Each of these is tied to a legitimate local business many times with specific regional branding and mostly unique content. All of our domains are in pretty good shape and have not ever participated in any shady link building/SEO. These sites currently are often linking together between the other sites within their market. It makes perfect sense from a user standpoint since they would have an interest in each of the sites if they were interested in the specific offering that business had. My question is whether or not we should nofollow the links to our other sites. Nothing has happened from Google in terms of penalties and they don't seem to be hurting our sites now as they are all currently followed, but I also don't want to be on the false positive side of any future algorithm updates surrounding link quality. What do you think? Keep them followed or introduce nofollow?

Should I have as few internal links as possible?
On most pages of my site i have a Quick Links section, which gives x3 cross sales links to other products, a newsletter sign up link, link to Blog, x4 links from images to surveys, newsletters, feedback etc. Will these links be hurting my optimal SEO juice between pages, should the number of internal links be kept to a minimum? My site is www.over50choices.co.uk if that helps. Thanks

Does having multiple links to the same page influence the Link juice this page is able to pass
Say you have a page and it has 4 outgoing links to the same internal page. In the original Pagerank algo if these links were links to an page outside your own domain, this would mean that the linkjuice this page is able to pass would be devided by 4. The thing is i'm not sure if this is also the case when the outgoing link, is linking to a page on your own domain. I would say that outgoing links (whatever the destination) will use some of your link juice, so it would be better to have 1 outgoing link instead of 4 to the same destination, the the destination will profit more form that link. What are you're thoughts?
