My question is, when you translate your website to another language, does moz crawl both or do i have to add another campaign to moz so that they can crawl it seperately?

Hello, i recently translated my website to spanish, keywords,meta tags, content etc. All of our URL for the translated pages start "ep", which symbolizes espanol. My question is, does moz crawl those pages along with my english pages? or do i have add another campaign for moz to crawl my spanish pages seperately?

The crawl is automatic, so there's no setting to adjust. If you're trying to create a new campaign, go here: http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns and select "+ New Campaign" in the top right corner. Cheers!

Can you tell me exactly how i navigate to that setting. I clicked on campaign settings but i dont see that option

If you're in Moz Analytics look at your settings. What you'll want to do is check the 'Website' portion and make sure that you have "tracking all sites at this domain" selected. If the /ep/ portion is a folder on this domain it will be tracked once it's crawled.
If it's a third level domain, i.e. ep.yourdomain.com, you might consider making a new campaign to track it specifically as you're going to be working with a completely different set of words / language. Cheers!

My page can not be crawled

Why Moz New Users Are Left Alone?
New users when sign up to an application like Moz need concrete support to make them familiarized the basics at least, but Moz seems to be not realizing this hardship of the new users or intentionally ignoring it. There is no chat service or phone numbers to quickly contact the designated agent for some quick help. Mail responses that are received after much time have their limitations -- not much interactive. How do I interpret Duplicate Content in a Crawl Report, when it only gives me a URL? How do I know what is duplicated on that page somewhere else?
I need help interpreting the Crawl Report for Duplicate Content. It gives me the URLs of pages that have duplicate content, but how do I know what content exactly is duplicated elsewhere? Down for me? Or everyone? 504 errors on campaigns and research tools.
Additionally direct emails to help@moz.com don't work and return a permanent failure error. There's also no verification email coming through when using the message form page to contact support, I'm presuming it's emailing the above email but also failing.
