How is the Moz keyword limit for each plan determined?
-
I'm sure it's explained somewhere in here but I haven't found it yet so hoping someone can help:
I'm on the Pro Basic plan, which allows me 300 keywords. How is the 300 keywords counted? For example, if I've uploaded 100 keywords in the Keyword Difficulty tool, and am also Rank Tracking an additional 75 keywords for a client, is that 75 kw's, 100 kw's, or 175 kw's?
Put another way, if I hypothetically do rank tracking for 300 keywords, does that mean I'm not able to enter additional keywords in the Keyword Difficulty tool without deleting some of the kw's from existing accounts?
Thanks for the help!

Thanks (again)!
I have one campaign that has 175 keywords in Keyword Rankings, and I'd like to trim 25-50 of those out. What is the smart way to do that?
- Should I download all the keywords, delete them from Moz, eliminate those that I don't want in my Excel spreadsheet, then upload the remaining ones again?
- Is there a way to do this within the Moz interface, rather than downloading?
- If I do delete and reload, won't I lose the history that has accumulated with those kw's?

Correct! 300 keywords in campaigns tracked week over week plus the additional ones in KWD and Rank Tracker. Keywords on keywords on keywords. BOOM!

Thanks James! So if I'm using all 300 of my keywords in campaigns, I can still upload 100 ADDITIONAL keywords in the Keyword Difficulty tool and provided I don't add any to a campaign, I will still be able to upload and check those 100 new kw's, right?
Thanks!!

Hi there! This keyword limit of 300 refers only to keywords you have tracked in your campaign. If you are are unsure of how many keywords you currently are using you can always check here -http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns. Keyword Difficulty and Rank Tracker are tracked separately in their own pool of keywords.

Why Moz Rank tracker's results are different from results search in browser?
I would like to perform a competitor rank analysis in Google.gr . I have noticed that the results from the rank tracker for Google.gr are different than the results in Google.gr from a machine located in Greece with no Google account logged in. Could you inform me why such a behavior occurs?

Confusing Moz Crawl?
Hi there, I am not sure if I am missing on something but the moz crawls are rather confusing. After singing in I have received 11 emails with crawls and today I have received again new, When I go to check there to the dashboard it shows 26 pages with issues. When I scroll down I see the pages with issue. Then when I click on the first page listed, to view the issues it says this: Rel Canonical
Moz Bar | | Rebeca1
Using rel=canonical suggests to search engines which URL should be seen as canonical. For this site: http://villasdiani.com/ but we have sorted out the canonical issues a long time ago. Is this a wrong information or is it really true that we do not specify the canonical for our site? Then the second page with issue is there listed http://villasdiani.com/beach-villas/ and it says: Duplicate Page Title
You should use unique titles for your different pages to ensure that they describe each page uniquely and don't compete with each other for keyword relevance. But it does not point out which page is duplicate with this one! I do not have any other page named the same way. It also says in Issues overview 26pages with issues, but it shows on the bottom only 5 under and when I click on view more it brings me to high priority issues where is 0. The most is freaking me out this report: When I click on links, there are listed on the bottom the pages with highest authority among which I found this http://villasdiani.com/db I have never created this kind of page! Funny enough when I click on it it really open that page! How this can be??? In issues overview it also shows on the bottom, right corner 11 page with duplicate content but when I click on it to review it it brings me to high priority issues windows where is not displayed anything Can somebody advice me regarding of this. I have sign up here to learn and sort out the problems with the site but so far I am only getting more confused here. Thank you very much for looking into this.0 -
When Moz provides an on-page grade report card, what tells Moz which keyword to grade for?
I just started working with the on-page grader and of couse am particularly interested in fixing my pages with not so stellar grades. Can someone tell me how SEO Moz decides what keyword to grade a page for? I receive a report each week that tells me how many pages I have with A's, B's etc. But what tells Moz to grade a page for a particular keyword? Is it the first keyword listed in the meta description?

Keyword Difficulty search volumes - frequency?
Hi, first post on the Moz Q&A forum. The Keyword Difficulty tool reports "Bing Search Volume (Exact Match)" for Local and Global, but nowhere can I see what frequency these numbers are for. Does this mean daily, weekly or monthly? I cannot find that anywhere in the moz pro documentation Thanks in advance for your help with this. Peter

Given that I am currently using a bot sniffer...How can I identify the MOZ bot in order to whitelist it?
MOZ is currently blocked from crawling my sites because I use a bot sniffer. Does anyone know how I can properly identify the MOZ bot in order to whitelist it? MOZ is using Amazon web services and thus employs thousands of dynamic IPs to crawl.
