On-Page Summary (Report Cards) automation?

Hi everyone,
Under the "On-Page" tab which shows your report cards, is there a way of getting it to grade your entire site? One of my site's is only ~20 pages so it's no big deal to manually enter each URL and set each one to update weekly.
But what if I have a site that has ~1,000 pages and I want to optimise each and every page for my main keyword using the report cards feature?

I'm no expert but I do know you want to optimize each page for it's own unique keyword. Each page could be optimized for a separate variation of your main keyword and/or related keywords.

Source page showsI have 2 h1 tags on my page. I can only find one.
When I grade my page it says I have more than one h1 tag. I view the source page and it shows there are two h1 headings with the same wording. If I delete the one h1 heading I can find, the page source shows I have deleted both of them. I don't know how to get to the other heading to delete it. And I'm off page one of google! Crawl report - duplicate page title/content issue
When the crawl report is finished, it is saying that there are duplicate content/page titles issues. However there is a canonical tag that is formatted correctly so just wondered if this was a bug or if anyone else was having the same issues? For example, I'm getting a error warning for this page http://www.thegreatgiftcompany.com/categories/categories_travel?sort=name_asc&searchterm=&page=1&layout=table

Optimization report card says "F" but I'm ranking #1
Using the SEOMoz pro tools and several of the terms I have listed get a report card of "F" but they also show Google rank of #1, #2. Is this unusual? And should I spend a lot of time "fixing" this if we're already ranking high?

Transfering Page Authority
Hi, I have recently change my url architecture with site redesign and was just doing some analysis of the old and new pages. I seem to be losing a little bit of Organic Search because of it. As an example this old diving page in open site explorer shows a Page Authority of 46 whilst the new diving page shows a Page Authority of 22. I have a 301 redirect going from the old page to the new, but that seems to be quite a drop in Page Authority. Is there anything else I can be doing to improve upon it? Thanks, Adam

SEOmoz ranking report SERP
I was wondering how SEOmoz the SERPs tracks? e.g. the SERP of keyword in the Google US report, doesn't give me the same result as https://www.google.com/search?pws=0&gl=us&q=keyword Does SEOmoz check the google.com SERPs from several locations and calculate an average?

Seomoz crawling filtered pages
Hi, I just checked an seo campaign we started last week, so I opened seomoz to see the crawl diagnostics. Lot's of duplicate content & duplicate titles showing up, but that's because Rogerbot is crawling all of the filtered pages as well. How do I find the corresponding duplicate content pages from my SEOmoz report?
Once I have run my report and the duplicate content pages come up, is there a way to find out which pages have the duplicate content on them? I have one URL but where can I find the duplicate content that corresponds to it? Thanks Barry
