Why has my website stopped working?

Signed up to Moz and my site is now down as it's "gathering data". Is this normal?

if you just started your campaign it is absolutely normal for her to stay gathering data for up to two days.
If you're worried that your website is actually down please verify that using one of the two urls below

if you are server was crashed because of a cheap server use a better one I like armor.com

Hi Gary!
When you say your site is down, do you just mean that your campaign is still gathering data on moz.com or that your actual site is literally down? Because the latter is most definitely not normal, and wouldn't be related to your crawl.

Moz unable to crawl my Zenfolio website
Hey guys, I am attempting to optimize a website for my wife's business but Moz is unable to crawl it. Zenfolio is the web hosting service (she is a photographer). The error message is: **Moz was unable to crawl your site on Apr 1, 2019. **Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site. This often occurs because of a server error from the robots.txt. Although this may have been caused by a temporary outage, we recommend making sure your robots.txt file is accessible and that your network and server are working correctly. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. Read our troubleshooting guide. I did read the troubleshooting guide but nothing worked. My robots.txt file disallows a few bots, but not roger bot. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Or do I need to request server logs from Zenfolio? Thanks

Our website has 8 subdomains for each country, do i need to set up a campaign for each? And have to upgrade to have more than 5 campaigns?

Tools or guide to upgrade the Ranking of my website
Hi everybody, I'm new on SEO Moz and we don't realy know where I need to start to optimized the SEO of my client When i go in the On-Page Optimization section of my SEO Moz account in my campaign, i have a lot of page with a Rank of #1 but with a Grade of F. Why it's our page who are first and it's not another page? Why I have a F grade but i'm first? We don't know where to start when we want to increase the SEO of a page from a client. How long after sign up does the on page grader take to work?
