Help for 404 error

Is it ok to use hash(#) in URL as right now it is showing 404 error while checking broken links using check my link chrome extension.
E.g. http://instafrsh.com/index.php#aboutUs
If not, Please suggest how to resolve this issue

Hi Ravi,
Not sure which link checker you are using - I did a quick check with both Screaming Frog & an extension in Chrome. Both indicate that the anchors do not generate 404's. They seem to be functional as well so it shouldn't be a problem.
Anyway, anchors exist for ages and do not cause SEO issues - so it's safe to use them.I noticed that both the www & non-www version are accessible - you might want to choose a preferred version & redirect the other one.

Unsolved Moz is showing a canonical error that dont belong.

On Site Errors
HI Folks I'm monitoring a small Australian site bluetea.com.au . Currently I have a SEO specialist who does month onsite maintenance work for this site. However each month I continue to see errors in webmaster tools... as an example, currently webmaster tools suggest we have 21 short meta dic and 26 duplicate title tags..... What to do with removed pages and 404 error
I recently removed about 600 'thin' pages from my site which are now showing as 404 errors in WMT as expected. As I understand it I should just let these pages 404 and eventually they'll be dropped from the index. There are no inbound links pointing at them so I don't need to 301 them. They keep appearing in WMT as 404's though so should I just 'mark as fixed' until they stop appearing? Is there any other action I need to take?

Help! A site has copied my blog!
My site tanked on July 21 and I have been working so hard to bring it back up but nothing is working. Today I looked at "Links to Your Site" on Google Webmasters and I see a copy of my site on another URL. mysite.eemovies.org/mycategory/mypost The domain name is eemovies.org and then all my stuff is wrapped around it and all my content is there! How do I stop this?!

Temporary redirect - help!
I ran an audit on a new clients website (they did a redesign and fell off of the radar). One of the major issues that the audit came back with was over 6,000 warnings for temporary re-directs. This is a large e-commerce site and I know there will be errors but wondering why the company who did the redesign wouldn't do a 301? Would someone be able to look at this code and tell me if what they did is correct? Crawl error: duplicate title for home page
I'm seeing a duplicate title for the home page, both the static file name and the domain. like: http://domain.com

Removed listings: 404, internal links or redirect?
For a classifieds web site with medium/high turnover for the various listings: How would you deal with pages of removed listings? a) would you be "honest" and return a 404 since the listing is not available anymore? b) would you maintain historical data about deleted listings so that you can try and 301 redirect to a relevant search results page? c) would you keep the page alive (maybe add a noindex meta tag?) and show links to multiple relevant search results pages in an effort to strengthen internal linking?
