Is there a way to insert Google API into Excel? I want to have a search volume column that would automatically fill out with query
Another question is that I have a list of keywords in one column in Excel with another column that have search volume. I then go and do some research on keyword groups with a grouping tool but if this tool doesn't find a group for a keyword it removes it. So then when I want to copy and past keywords and match keyword columns in excel that already exist with search volume I have to do it manually because some rows are missing. Is there a way this could be done automatically so that when I paste it in the column with keywords it automatically finds that the current column exists and adds a group column ?

I can definitely answer the first question that yes, you can bring search data and suggestions into Excel. Use SEO Tools:
http://seotoolsforexcel.com/google-adwords/
This plugin should be mandatory for SEO work so if you're not using it, it's a great time to start and learn it well.
I don't know about the second part - I suppose I'd have to see what you're trying to accomplish but I don't know of any keyword tools that are quite that advanced.

Organic vs SEO in Analytics
In my analytics account, the Acquisition / All Traffic / Google organic searches shows me around 19,000 hits from 1st Jan to 1st Feb. But if I go to the Search Engine Optimization tab / Queries or Landing pages I can only count 1,800 clicks from 1st Jan to 1st Feb. Why such a huge discrepancy ? Am I getting 1800 clicks from the Google organic search, or 19,000 ?

Does PPC affect SEO Traffic?
Last week my website (www.cooke.co.uk) started PPC advertising with Google. This has been successful in increasing the amount of overall traffic to the site. However, since we started the PPC advertising, our traffic from organic search has decreased significantly. Our rankings haven't changed dramatically enough to warrant such a decrease. Has anyone else been in a situation where organic traffic has dropped as a result of launching a paid campaign? What did you do to rectify it? Thanks.

Link Research Tools
Is anyone else here a user of Link Research Tools? I recently completed a Link Detox for my sites. However, it is saying that links from high quality press release sites are deadly and should be removed. They are also saying the same about the links from the Yellow Pages. Obviously I know these tools are automated, but does anyone know why they are showing these links as 'deadly' and should be removed? I have tried contacting LRT about this issue but am yet to receive a reply.

GA advanced segments - for how much volume keywords are sending per month
I am trying to follow the advice in this whiteboard friday video http://www.seomoz.org/blog/how-big-is-your-long-tail-whiteboard-friday of grouping keywords based on volume of traffic they send each month e.g. 100+, 50-99, 10-49, <10. I'm probably being super dumb, but how do I do this with advanced segments in GA? Thanks.

Drastic keyword position drop from time to time
Hey guys, I'm having the following issue. My keyword position in SERP is usually 10-11 but sometimes (like once a month or so) it drops to like to position 46 or something of that kind. Why would that be happening and what can I do to avoid that stuff?

I am developing a video strategy for a pediatric dentist office. I am trying to develop a set of topics based on which existing videos perform best. What are the characteristics I should be evaluating (besides basics like views and comments)?
