Any tools to scan URL to identify keyword opportunities

Hi guys,
Looking for tools which can scan content and identify keyword opportunities.
I know you can use Google Keyword Planner or tools like Semrush.
But was wondering what else there is on the market?
Specifically looking for tools which can pull relevant keywords by scanning the content, exactly the same as Google Keyword Planner.

My name is David Black and I'm the Director of Customer Success here at SEMrush. I see you mentioned our service so I wanted to throw this out there... have you tried the new SEO Ideas tool within our Projects Suite? I would really encourage you to try it if you haven't already.
Essentially, we're doing exactly as you described. Based off of the SERPs collected within your Position Tracking campaign, we scan the content of the pages that rank within the top 10 for your target keywords and pull together a list of related keyword suggestions found on these pages and analyze how frequently they use them. This is going to help enrich your own content or find new opportunities.
It also pulls together ideas for backlinks and onsite optimization. The best part is that it does it on the fly as opposed to our regular keyword analytics reports. It's pretty awesome. ETCETERA convert really well How would I match different terms to different URLs? For example I have just re-written the following two critical URLs: www.nyc-officespace-leader.com (home page)
http://www.nyc-officespace-leader.com/commercial-space/office-space (product page) Would it make sense to use "Manhattan office space" and variants on the home page while excluding "New York City office space" variants? At the same time I would use "New York City office space" variants on the "office-space" product page while excluding all mention of "Manhattan office space". Is this logical and does it conform to SEO best practices? For the "NYC office space" terms I would add them to http://www.nyc-officespace-leader.com/listings. This URL has almost no text but a strong potential to rent because of a high number of incoming internal links. Is this approach sensible? In general what measures should I take to prevent URLs from competing for the same keywords? Also, is there a software package or tools that I can use to come up with keyword variants? Include Location in Keywords?
I understand Google's local search automatically searches keywords with the location you are searching from. For example if I'm searching from Calgary and query "best shoe repair", Google knows I'm searching from Calgary and presents Calgary based results. I'm using Google's new Keyword Planner tool which allows for city based search results, meaning I don't have to include "Calgary" in the keywords I submit. The question I have is should I be attaching "Calgary" to my keywords for on-page optimization, and why or why not? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Keywords for fabrication (welding) company??
I've been tasked with finding the keywords for our website. The difficulty I'm finding is receiving help from the fabrication personal to suggest keywords. I'm not sure if its peoples imagination or if there's a general unwillingness. Can anyone make any suggestions here? Is there a fabrication or welding keyword database I can put to them and hopefully get their brains working? Or even a way to see what keywords our competitors use?

Keywords + Country?
Hey guys, Let's say that I'm doing on-site SEO for a website that sells football shirts. This website targets 5 different countries. We only have a .com domain and no other country specific domains will be added at this point. When I choose the keywords, do I opt for product name + country or only product name? football shirts france or football shirts? Some info: Countries have been added in the title of the pages. Is it normal for the keyword difficulty tool to be moderate one month and highly competitive another?
I designed a website a month ago and found moderate keywords to use through the SEOmoz tool. Now when I search them again, they are all highly competitive. Is it seasonal? Should I redo the keywords?
