Facebook page has disappeared from moz local

My facebook page is very active and very much complete. This was shown on moz local up until a week ago. I have changed nothing on facebook but now moz local shows that it is 0% complete and only gives the option of creating a listing. How do i rectify?

I popped into your account to take a look at your Moz Local listing and also found your Facebook page directly on Facebook. From what I can tell, it looks like there's currently no phone number listed on the Facebook page, which is a piece of the NAP that we'd need to be visible on the page in order to associate it with your listing.
If you 'd be able to add or surface that on your Facebook page, then we should be able to start picking it up right away. Closing Old Locations with Moz Local
I'm sure the answer is pretty simple, but how are we supposed to report an old location as closed in Moz Local? I'd like to mark an old address as closed in all of the major data providers. Of course, I can claim the new location, but I do I need to claim the old location and then somehow mark it closed? When I do a search with Moz, it gives me five results for a doctor who has a single location now (I'm not posting the actual name because I just don't want this forum to appear for searches for the doctor): <address>Dr. Doctor Name, DMDÂ Verified

Moz Local, listings still not correct
I've been using Moz Local on all my clients. One client in particular, I've been using Moz Local on for 6 months. Â Their Moz Local stats all look good inside the dash board. While killing some time the weekend, I ran a few reports on them in Bright Local. Â None of the sites Moz Local is supposed to be pushing too has the correct listings. They are all different just like before I started. Why is this?

Submitted to Moz Local - and percentage hasn't changed after 2-3 weeks
Hello Moz Support, I've submitted to Moz Local 2-3 weeks ago - Bayou Tactical in my account. And the percentage remains the same with certain websites saying 100% incomplete that should be covered with Moz Local. Please help and thanks! Cole

How does Moz Local respond when confronted with a YEXT verified listing?
From what I can tell, Yext overrides Moz Local. So if you're paying Moz Local for listing service & someone else comes along and purchase Yext for that same business's listing, the directories incorporated with Yext WILL NOT listen to Moz Local. They show the Yext listing information. Can I get this confirmed by someone at Moz? Point being... if in Moz Local vs Yext, Moz Local always loses to Yext, there's not a lot of point in having Moz Local -- Especially since Yahoo now requires Yext to update Yahoo Local Map listings.

Moz Local not updating after G+ and FB are updated
Per the FAQ, we updated the client G+ and Facebook address information, but Moz Local still lists the incorrect address information. Any ideas on a time frame when the MOZ listing will update? FAQ's state an hour, but that is not happening in this case.

How long till Moz Local takes to populate?
It has taken me some time to make sure all fields were correct in order to upload the CVC file to Moz Local. Because I hope to use this tool for multiple clients, how long should I tell them to anticipate before the listings show up correctly? Is there a $49 charge per business site that I use Moz Local for? Is there a limit to how many sites I can do?
