And here is a post on how to do Technical SEO: https://moz.com/blog/technical-site-audit-for-2015
I assume you are new to SEO, and I would recommend for you to either hire a professional or take SEO classes. It's gonna be good investment for sure.
Cheers:)

Hi Kustov,

Hi there.
Pagerank? It is very outdated metric and it's not relevant anymore.
What I can tell you is to do SEO on your website. Health score from Ahrefs is just about missing title, meta descriptions etc., it doesn't tell you how optimized your website is. Do on-page optimizations, backlink building, technical SEO - and you gonna get ranking results.
Hope this helps.

Website Redesign - Duplicate Content?
I hired a company to redesign our website.there are many pages like the example below that we are downsizing content by 80%.(believe me, not my decision)Current page: https://servicechampions.com/air-conditioning/New page (on test server):https://servicechampions.mymwpdesign.com/air-conditioning/My question to you is, that 80% of content that i am losing in the redesign, can i republish it as a blog?I know that google has it indexed. The old page has been live for 5 years, but now 80% of it will no longer be live. so can it be a blog and gain new (keep) seo value? What should i do with the 80% of content i am losing?

Revisiting the dangers of PR Newswires
Hi, I've just been researching backlinks and newswires... One of them told me they put nofollow links on news releases, but some of their network would repro the news release without nofollow links. I suspect the network includes some not so brilliant websites, so even if I just use URL rather than anchor text for backlinks I'm thinking there probably is a risk. The other seemed to have more control over network, from what they said - they didn't auto-syndicate and used nofollow, but still I suspect there's a risk that your news release will end up on not so good websites. Has anybody out there recently experienced problems with the backlinks produced by newswire services? Beyond that, your general input would be welcome too.

How to increase the traffic ?
Hi Everyone, I am a bit a newbie in SEO and I read different articles and comments regarding the SEO but I am a bit stuck to get traffic through www.organicur.com. It's a really new website build through Prestashop (1-2 month). I used the tool keyword analysis to look after keywords not to competitive. I used the on-page optimization of Seomoz until to have A for every pages and I have started to build backlinks. But the traffic doesn't improve at all. Does that mean my keywords are not relevant enough ? Do I need to wait and carry on the links building. Do I need to go through PPC ? Thanks a lot for your reply, K

My site was a PR 5 and now is unranked?
A site that I do SEO and SMM (www.corporatecomplianceinsights.com) had a PR 5 and now it shows "unranked". I had the #1 position for many core keywords, and now they are all gone. I don't do any black hat at all. Mostly article distribution and onsite content growth. The only logical thing that I can think of is, the server was going down several times a day, for about 3 days, a few weeks ago. But I can imagine that would cause me to lose all my rankings, and a PR 5. But then again, this has never happened to me before. I am trying to find out what caused this, how to fix the problem, and how long it will take to recover. Any suggestions or help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to pay for good advice on this issue if need be. JT

PR Media and Syndications
I’ve noticed that lot of my competitors who have good results in SERPs use or have used Pr Release and syndication to hundreds and thousands of sites. Just wondering how Google will react to the article that is published in different sites and has the same content and anchor link. Will it be considered a spam or no? Is it advisable to go with pr syndications after Penguin and Panda updates or no? Thanks.

Can I use the same source for two different websites?
I have developed a successful portal based website but would like to grow my portfolio of sites by expanding into new niches and sectors. I would like to use the same source code to fast track new sites but I'm not sure of the dangers involved. Content, meta details etc. will all be unique and the only similarity will be the html code. Another example of how I want to use this is that my current site targets the UK but I want to target a global market with a .com domain and this would involve using the same source. Is this possible without a penalty or am I overlooking something?
