Am I missing an issue on my website?
-
Are there any glaring issues that I am missing with my site? I am building links, and growing the profile but had seen a drop in rankings a couple of months ago. Is this do to a site issue or am I just missing something?
Any help would be great.

I found the same as Matt
Screaming Frog website shows a way more then a lot of parameters.

A Screaming Frog crawl of your website shows a LOT of parameters. If you don't handle these correctly, you run into duplicate content issues:
- http://www.wallybuysell.com/listing/edmonton/kennedale-industrial/e1019740-12907-53-street**?&template=bare&printable=1**
- http://www.wallybuysell.com/listing/edmonton/kennedale-industrial/e1019740-12907-53-street**?search_id=f424dd32d939e3b87b76ec872b6c19e3**
I would suggest claiming your site in Webmasters Tools if you haven't and then setting your parameters correctly. You could also block unnecessarily indexed content in robots.txt but WMT is slightly better because it gives you more exact control, directly in Google.

A Google Update by the name of Hummingbird came out and has been moving it's way across sites. This one isn't meant to penalize like the Penguin and Panda updates but rather change how Google displays results. Double check all your keywords and see which ones declined in traffic. Then do a search and test to see where you rank and if you dropped from when you notice a decline in traffic.

In additional to Federico's comments....
You might like to review the Moz guide for SEO 101 and double check that you have implemented everything correctly.
Then I'd start on the keyword targets as there doesn't appear to be a clear keyword theme and the ones you are using won't do much good as they appear spammy. Here is an example:
- In my opinion title tags aren't crafted to best practice. This page (http://www.wallybuysell.com/buying_a_property.php) has a title tag of "Edmonton Homes for Sale |Homes for sale | houses for sale | Edmonton". This page is not about 'homes for sale' nor 'houses for sale', it's about the purchasing process. Your branding at the end misses the opportunity to give context. A better title tag would be "Home Purchasing Process for House Buyers - Edmonton Property".
I would also suggest getting Google Webmaster Tools. It will help you to investigate any indexing issue your site might have that could be affecting rankings.
Good luck.

Hey Christopher,
OSE only reports 4 incoming links, that not even near to what you will need to rank for the terms you are probably targeting. The competition in the real estate business is fierce,
Anyway, there are a few things that may help that you can do now:
- Move the blog to a subfolder instead of a subdomain, That makes that any link you earn on to the blog will directly affect the other areas of your site.
- Improve your Blog. There's nothing social about it now, you MUST enter the social world, and the best way to achieve that with your site is via your Blog. Start sharing what you write, start creating discussion, engagement. If no one shares your posts, how come others will be able to find them? We live in a social world, we read what others read (usually we don't "search" for posts, they are posted in front of our eyes by our own friends and influences). Take advantage of that.
- Don't take this the wrong way, but I would probably think about redesigning the site, it looks old, outdated. You probably need more images, a wider site, better and less cluttered blog, etc.
Those are just a few enhancements I can suggest...
Hope that helps!

Ranking Issue for New Site
Hi all, I have got a specific SEO challenge. 6 months ago, we started to build an eCommerce site (located in the UK). In order to speed up the site launch, we copied the entire site over from an existing site based in Ireland. Now, the new UK site has been running for 5 months. Google has indexed many pages, which is good, but we can't rank high (position: between 20-30 for most pages). We thought it was because of content duplication in spite of different regions. So we tried to optimize the pages for the UK site to make them more UK-related and avoid content duplication. I've also used schema to tell google it's a UK-based site and set up Google my business and got more local citations. Besides, If you could give me any suggestions, it'd be perfect.

How to rank my website in Google UK?
Hi guys, I own a London based rubbish removal company, but don't have enough jobs. I know for sure that some of my competitors get most of their jobs trough Google searches. I also have a website, but don't receive calls from it at all. Can you please tell me how to rank my website on keywords like: "rubbish removal london", "waste clearance london", "junk collection london" and other similar keywords? I know that for person like me (without much experience in online marketing) will be difficult task to optimize the website, but at least - I need some advices from where to start. I'm also thinking to hire an SEO but not sure where to find a trusted company. Most importantly I have no idea how much should pay to expect good results? What is too much and what is too low? I will appreciate all advices.

Website (.BE) showing up in .NL SERPS
Fellow mozzers, we need your help We have a situation where a customer has two websites for each country: flowtracksurf.be → Belgium flowtracksurf.nl → Netherlands They used to have very good keyword rankings in the SERPS in BE & NL. Flowtracksurf.nl had good rankings in Google.nl and Flowtracksurf.be in Google.be.
Intermediate & Advanced SEO | | Jacobe
Recently there has been a change: Flowtracksurf.nl is not showing up in Google.nl anymore. It also seems that all the rankings from flowtracksurf.nl have been switched to flowtracksurf.be. .BE is doing very well, .NL is suffering. Data shows us that .NL : In the first two weeks of december 2014, we see a massive drop in traffic (GA) In that same week(s) we see a drop in search queries (Webmaster Tools) We see the exact opposite in .BE (growing strong in those weeks) When we look at the cache of flowtracksurf.nl we see only reference to flowtracksurf.be. Is that a hint of what was going on? On the same date that we see a massive drop in traffic on .NL, we see a peak in 'indexation' of .BE We see that the MOZ pages crawled dropped in that same week for NL We're also seeing that all the traffic from Google.nl is now going to flowtracksurf.be. Some keywords we were scoring #1-2 for are: surfvakanties, surfvakantie, surfcamp mimizan, surfcamp, frankrijk, surfcamp spanje, surfen frankrijk We just can't figure out the hard evidence in the data.
Can you help us on that?0 -
Any issue? Redirect 100's of domains into one website's internal pages
Hi all, Imagine if you will I was the owner of many domains, say 100 demographically rich kwd domains & my plan was to redirect these into one website - each into a different relevant subfolder. e.g. www.dewsburytilers..com > www.brandname.com/dewsbury/tilers.html www.hammersmith-tilers.com > www.brandname.com/hammersmith/tilers.html www.tilers-horsforth.com > www.brandname.com/horsforth/tilers.html another hundred or so 301 redirects...the backlinks to these domains were slim but relevant (the majority of the domains do not have any backlinks at all - can anyone see a problem with this practice? If so, what would your recommendations be?

Combining 2 Websites
Any assistance/feedback is greatly appreciated. The scenario: We currently own two website, and we'd like to combine them and eliminate some expenses. Although the content is very similar in nature, it is not exact. www.KF.com that is managed by a third-party provider & www.KFA.com that is managed by the manufacturer of the product we sell. (*sites url's are not accurate) We have ended the contract of KF.com, however, this site has the best SERP/SEO.
Intermediate & Advanced SEO | | FX4nWOO
We assume we'll take a hit, no matter what we do - however when it comes to SEO, but what is the right move to make? Do a domain "Transfer/Redirect" of KF to KFA.com or Do we simply change the KFA.com to KF.com? Still very much a rookie when it comes to this stuff. I do have the ability to SEO the KFA.com webiste. Hoping this makes sense - and apologize for the bad url's just not sure I can actually post the true addresses. Thanks in advance.0 -
Domain Issue
Starting a new local travel guide site. Would like to buy a domain and have found one with decent Domain Authority and Trust, but they want $2500 for the domain which I feel is a bit steep since I will be not using any of the content and it is generating hardly any revenue now. . I would rather not start from scratch with no links and no trust. I have a few questions.... -Any suggestions on sites to look for domains or strategy for finding and offering to buy? Any guidelines on how to value domains? If I but it and change registration do I risk losing all the value? Cold I just change technical contact info? Any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
