Sounds like you need to send this question into customer service (open a ticket). Unless you suspect it's a problem with your site, in which case we'll need more information from you (domain for example)

Something weird is happening with this keyword?!

Hey guys,
In the past weeks, i was ranking #4 for a keyword and as a result, I was getting a lot of traffic and I made some unremarkable modifications to page content and reindexed it.
after that, i noticed a drop in traffic, and when i checked it out, i noticed that the page is not ranking for that keyword anymore, it's no longer in the search engine (not even in page 15).
The funny thing is that if i add any letter to the main keyword (for example "Keyword" c) and search for it, my page ranks #1.
It's as if google bots are avoiding to rank my page for that main keyword only.
Ps: I didn't make any black hat SEO for that page or my website in general. No issues with other keywords i reindexed the page several times and what i noticed, is that in the first 4 hours i restore my ranking whit that keyword but after a while, the same problem occurs (My site disappears from the search engine)
If you have any idea about this issue, i will be grateful if you could help.

Forum on toplevel or sub domain?

Hiya all I am building a site for the expansion of a facebook fan page that will be sending a fair bit of traffic to the site. One feature of the site is a forum plus a store and i have to make the dissuasion on if i should have the forum and store on the main domain or on separate subdomains for each. domain.com forum.domain.com store.domain.com So my question is would it be better to keep all of these elements on the main domain or each on a separate sub domains? Domain Forwarding Implications

Hi, I am working with a client who is planning to rebrand the company and set up a new domain. What is the best way to maximize and pass the authority from the existing sites (there are 2)? Each site already has many inbound links and have been around for a while. Should I set up 301 redirects for all of the pages? Should I set up domain forwarding? Multiple domains on the same hosting

Hello, I have around 80 sites (different domains) which are on the same host. Everytime I look up the IP of these domains, it gives me the same IP. The sites are interlinked, all linking to the main domain. My question is: Does the off site link building have effect on the 80 sites?

SeoMoz crawler giving false positives?

SeoMoz crawler indicated a few times that my site has a duplicate home page error (http://mysite.com and www.mysite.com) I eliminated the the couple remaining internal links that pointed to http://mysite on a couple pages (all other internal links point to http://www.mysite.com) I ran the crawl again and it said no errors this time. I naturally thought the duplicate page error problem was fixed. However this morning I got the regularly scheduled crawl report from SeoMoz that said again I have those duplicate error pages. No changes were made to any of my site's pages between the crawls. That makes me wonder if the crawler is providing false positives at times or was wrong when it said on the crawl a couple days ago that I don't have any errors (no duplicate page error). Now, I don't know what to think.

Question about domain redirects

One of my clients has an odd domain redirect situation. See if you can get your head round this: Domain A is set-up as a domain alias of Domain B Entering domain A or domain B takes you to default.asp on domain B. The default.asp includes VB script to check the HTTP_HOST variable. It checks whether the main doman name for domain A is present in the HTTP_HOST and if so redirects it to domain A/sub-folder/index.htm. If not present it redirects to domain B/index.htm. In both cases the redirect uses a response.Redirect clause. I think what is trying to be achieved is to redirect requests to Domain A to a sub-folder of Domain B. It works but seems extremely convoluted. Can anyone see problems with this set-up? Will link juice be lost along the redirect paths?
