All of my pages are indexed except for 1\. How could that be?

Yesterday we were ranking #4 for our main keyword and today we're not even indexed. Not robots.txt issue, we've just added a rel canonical to page and submitted our sitemap again. What else could we do?

Have you checked for a manual penalty in webmaster tools? I don't think that's the problem, but it's worth a look.
My hunch is that you have a duplicate content problem. I haven't been SEO-ing for years, so I'm not familiar with what Google does in certain situations, but https://www.credible.com/refinance-student-loans and https://www.credible.com/student-loans are relatively similar: The testimonials are identical, the list of lenders is similar, and the structure of the two pages is nearly the same. I realize that one page is about getting a student loan in the first place, and the other is about refinancing, but I wonder if Google isn't making that distinction - especially since you're getting caught in the "we have omitted some entries very similar to the ... already displayed" filter.
Maybe someone else can chime in here too to confirm or deny the change. FWIW the two pages linked above were recently indexed by Google - March 14 and 13 respectively.

The link is: https://www.credible.com/refinance-student-loans. Yesterday we ranked #3 for "student loan refinancing" and today we're completely gone. What's even stranger is that when you go to page 22 http://imgur.com/RB33io2 and click on "repeat the search with the omitted results" we appear in the same position we were. So it seems like we're getting filtered out of the primary results, but why?

Hi there.
What's the link? Are you sure it's actually not indexed, rather than just dropped in rankings? Also, you say that you added canonical link. I assume that you have added canonical link to page which was ranking? If there is no robots.txt issue, are meta robots used - it could be the problem.

I have lots of paginated pages which are being indexed. Should I add the noindex tag to page 2 onwards? The pages currently have previous and next tags in place. Page one also has a self-referencing canonical.

Any idea why pages are not being indexed?
Hi Everyone, One section on our website is not being indexed. The product pages are, but not some of the subcategories. These are very old pages, so thought it was strange. Here is an example one one: https://www.moregems.com/loose-cut-gemstones/prasiolite-loose-gemstones.html If you take a chunk of text, it is not found in Google. No issues in Bing/Yahoo, only Google. Indexing Issue

All rankings lost from page 1 to 5+
Hello, all my keywords are dropped on Google from 1. st page to page 5+. Is these Penguin 3.0 problem? What to do now? Register new domain and move website? 23,000 pages indexed, I think bad
Thank you Thank you Moz People!! I have a successful vacation rental company that has terrible seo but getting better. When I first ran Moz crawler and page grader, I had 35,000 errors and all f's.... tons of problem with duplicate page content and titles because not being consistent with page names... mainly capitalization and also rel canonical errors... with that said, I have now maybe 2 or 3 errors from time to time, but I fix every other day. Problem Maybe My site map shows in Google Webmaster submitted 1155

1541 indexed But google crawl shows 23,000 pages probably because of duplicate errors or possibly database driven url parameters... How bad is this and how do I get this to be accurate, I have seen google remove tool but I do not think this is right? 2) I have hired a full time content writer and I hope this works My site in google was just domain.com but I had put a 301 in to www.domain.com becauses www. had a page authority where the domain.com did not. They are returning “200” status codes, but are being identified as having
duplicate page content. It appears these are all going to the home page, but it’s
an odd version of the home page because there’s no title. I would understand if these pages 301-redirected to the home page if they were obsolete products, but it's not a 301-redirect. The referring page is
listed as: http://www.ccisolutions.com/StoreFront/category/cd-duplicators None of the 3 links in question appear anywhere on that page. It's puzzling. We have 132 of these. Can anyone help me figure out

Existing Pages in Google Index and Changing URLs
Hi!! I am launching a newly recoded site this week and had a another noobie question. The URL structure has changed slightly and I have installed a 301 redirect to take care of that. I am wondering how Google will handle my "old" pages? Will they just fall out of the index? Or does the 301 redirect tell Google to rewrite the URLs in the index? I am just concerned I may see an "old" page and a "new" page with the same content in the index. Just want to make sure I have covered all my bases. Thanks!! Lynn
