Having problems with OSE
-
I am getting error messages from OSE - it just keeps saying 'loading data' and then after a while 'there was a problem getting your data'.
Any ideas what wrong, I really need this for a meeting this afternoon in 1.5 hours.
Thanks
Andy

Hi Andy! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
Sorry to hear about the trouble!
We were experiencing intermittent issues with Open Site Explorer yesterday and earlier today but the issue seems to be resolved now. Can you please try again and let me know if you're still seeing issues on your end?
If you are, an example of a URL you're experiencing the issue on would be a great example to provide to our engineers.
As always, you can email our team help@moz.com any time you're experiencing technical issues within the product for a faster turn-around time.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if there's anything else I'm able to assist with.

I'm doing a link audit and I want to download a spreadsheet of all the links to my website in OSE. There has to be a way to do that right?!

Confused about the link metrics showing up in MOZ & OSE
For my campaign "itelligence Applications" which is for site itelligencegroup.com/uk/ - MOZ seems to be giving me different stats on links, depending on which tab I look it in the Link Analysis section. Then when I look at OSE, the numbers are totally different again, not just a little bit different. Example: In MOZ Link Analysis, on the "inbound links" tab, it says there are 129 Root Domains and 6832 Total External Inbound Links. If I then look at the Competitive Metrics screen, it says there are 46,284 external followed links and 240 total linking root domains. If I then go to OSE for the same site, it says there are 14 Root Domains and 686 total links. I have no idea why these numbers vary so much or how to even report them to my client. Am I missing something here? Any help would be gratefully received! Maureen

Unable to download OSE advanced report
I started downloading an OSE advanced report yesterday. It has been over 20 hours and the message below is shown on my report list page. Processing Getting data from the LSAPI. 27,450 out of 100k results found It takes a very long time than usual so I would like to know if there is currently any technical issue on Moz part, or that I should change any setting and try downloading it from the start. Thank you very much.
