Moz Local says Google + is 100% incomplete
-
Hi all. I've been trying to make improvements on my Local rankings as well as optimizing my website. When using Moz Local a lot of great information comes up showing me what's incomplete, what's duplicated, etc. It's very helpful. But for the life of me I don't know why my Google Plus page is coming up as 100% incomplete. I'm providing three links that possible will help. Any suggestions would be welcome!
This is a personal Google plus page. https://plus.google.com/u/0/116619295168881896831/posts
This is my Google + business page.
This is my verified Google My Business page. https://business.google.com/b/117236096564332197060/dashboard/l/04609945530443583653
Thank you,

Hi Scott! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble! Here's a short video with more information on how a Google+ page needs to be set up: https://seomoz.wistia.com/medias/izmwe6t66p.
And here is a written-list of the criteria for those sources that will enable us to validate your listing:
- The name, address, and phone number (NAP) listed on the page must be an exact match with the listing in Moz Local.
- The primary phone number listed must be a local number, rather than a toll-free number.
- The business must not be listed as a “service area business”. A service area business displays with the street address being hidden, as well as the listing not being surfaced through the Google Places API (which is where we pull the listing details from).
- The listing must be verified by postcard. As a note, it may take a couple days after the postcard verification process for the listing to be available through the Google Places API.
- The listing must be completely searchable through Google Maps, with the full NAP listed correctly.
If you're still encountering issues after taking a look at those factors, then I'm certainly happy to investigate; I would just need you to shoot our team an email at help@moz.com including the name, address and phone number of the Moz Local listing, as well as the Google+ page for that listing, as you've provided here.
I hope this helps!

Backlinks are not indexed in moz
I have been working for the past few months on building quality backlinks manually. I decided to take a moz trial membership but Moz doesn't my backlinks. I added Link tracking list of about 27 high DA that backlinks to my website https://multiapkclub.com and even all of that shows 'link doesn't point to my website' Is this some kind of bug because this type of links are indexed for moz themselves

Having trouble uploading CSV file to Moz Local?
I am receiving the following error "Please make sure the file you upload is in CSV (Comma Delimited) format. You may need to re-save or export the spreadsheet as a CSV. Please note that the column headers are required, and must not be changed. Feel free to use our template to fill out your listing info." Please help, I completed the template file and I am trying to upload it as a csv file.

Has anyone found a way to change the Google page linked to a Moz local account AFTER it was purchased?
Before realized that the Moz listing should have the correct GMB account connected to it, a few local listings were purchased. Is there a way to change the GMB page it is pulling data from and sending out to directories? Thanks!

We have 2 verified listing in Moz Local, one verified by Google and one verified by Facebook. Can I bring them together?
The thing is, the listing verified through Google also has metrics for listings within a number of other direct networks, and the listing verified with Facebook has metrics showing for other direct networks. It would be good if I could bring these together and get a better overall picture of how our local listings are optimised.

Submitted listings for Removal via MOZ local 7 months - still showing 'Request Submitted'
I manage multiple health care practices and have them submitted to MOZ Local. The main reason for this is to clean up and remove listings with inconsistent business names, addresses and phone numbers on aggregators such as InfoUSA and Localeze. I felt MOZ Local would be something that could save time and money for myself and clients so I wouldn't have to do the phone verification game for sites such as InfoUSA and localeze. In some cases I submitted for removal aggregator listings 7-8 months ago but they are still showing the same 'Request Submitted'. What is the standard time I can expect these requests to go through. I sort of feel duped believing that MOZ would remove duplicate/incorrect listings somewhat quickly. If anyone else has a similar experience or a timeframe of removal for sites MOZ works with that would be great.

Is the Google Local Descriptor compatible with MOZ Local?
If I'm understanding Google correctly, we can use a single descriptor as part of a business name, and to do so, you use the following format in the business name field: Business Name - Descriptor Is this correct? If so, is it not compatible with MOZ Local? I used the format above, and MOZ seems to see the descriptor as part of the business name, and won't let me verify. Is the best approach to using a descriptor to get verified first, then add it? Or will that mess other things up?

Moz Local Distribution Network
I'm looking for some documentation on Moz Local about the distribution network. I know Moz submits directly to:
Moz Local | | rustmedia
Infogroup
Acxiom
Nuestar/Localeze
Factual
Foursquare
Superpages
Best of the Web However, Moz doesn't seem to provide documentation on what sites will be updated from their distribution network. I need to know how this entire distribution network compares to the Check Listing graph provided by Moz Local. For example, I know Yahoo is part of Localeze's distribution network. What sites in the Check Listing graph are not part of the entire distribution network?0
