Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
I'm sorry to hear you're running into this error message. I looked into your site, and here's the scoop: From what I can see you're blocking us on a server level. When I ran your site in a header checker I was able to see a 200, but when I curled your site from our servers it returned a 403.
Here's a screenshot of what we're seeing: http://screencast.com/t/c8Fx90uiG
The bummer here is that I can't do anything on the support side to fix this. This 403 error is coming directly from your server, so at this point the best thing to do will be to send this information to your web dev. They'll need to make sure our crawler (rogerbot) is whitelisted, so our tools can start working hard for you.
I hope this helps. Definitely let me know if you have any other questions.

How do I disallow crawl on a directory when it's a prefix to my site's URL?
I am trying to disallow our media repository (hosted elsewhere, but appears as a directory on our site) from being crawled by robots but it is not a subdirectory of the site, it's a prefix. So I need to disallow: mediabank.mywebsite.org Not: mysite.org/mediabank What would I need to put in my robots.txt and/or the other host's robots.txt to make this happen? Thanks!

On-Page Grader Url is inaccessible
Hi everybody. I'm trying to use on -page grader for https://www.upscaledinnerclub.com and get "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible." Robots.txt are empty, another thread on MOZ was talking about DNS check - it's all good. So, I can't figure out why this is happening. Also I am trying the same for another website https://www.regexseo.com - the same story. Common thing is that they both are on Google App Engine. And at first i thought that was the problem. Bu then i checked this one : https://www.logitinc.com/ and it's working, even though this website is on GAE as well. None of these website have robots.txt or any differences in setup or settings. Any thoughts?

Cannot crawl website with redirect intalled on subdomain url
Hi! I want to crawl this website : http://www.car-moderne.ch. I tried a got back the crawl just for that one url (not for all the pages of the website). This single line cvs says that the status of the http://www.car-moderne.ch is 200, but in fact it is a redirect 301 to http://www.car-moderne.ch/fr where the live home page is (actually the Moz bar sees the 301, not the 200 as the single-lined crawl does). How can I proceed in this case (a 301 redirect being installed on the subdomain url) to still be able to have a full-fledged juicy cvs with all the broken links, duplicate content, etc. Thank you for your help! URLS appearing twice in Moz crawl
I have asked this question before and got a Moz response to which i replied but no reply after that. Hi, We have noticed in our moz crawl that urls are appearing twice so urls like this - http://www.recyclingbins.co.uk/about/ www.recyclingbins.co.uk/about/ Thought it may be possible rel=canonical issue as can find URL's but no linking URL's to the pages. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you Jon I did the crawl test and they were not there

Rank Tracker - URLs are Different when Exporting to CSV
When exporting to CSV in Rank Tracker, many of the URLs are reduced to the root domain instead of the full, ranking URL as seen within the tool. Right now the URLs must be copied/pasted or manually edited afterwards in the CSV. However, it doesn't happen to every item. A few of them do show the correct URL after being exported. Any idea if this is a bug or just an odd thing the export does?

How do you block keywords in On-Page Grader for certain URLs?
For the on-page grader, I rank A's for 9 keywords. I struggle with F's I have because it is searching keywords on pages that are not supposed to be searched. For example, I have a "bracelets" page, so I didn't optimize it for "rings", so I got an F. However, it graded me an A for the bracelets keyword, which is great. To be sure I am correct, each page should have it's own keyword, such as bracelet. So why is the grader checking my "Bracelets" page for "Rings"? Maybe there is something I am missing. Just trying to see why this happening.
