I put a crawl on my site via seomoz and has come back saying only 1 page has been crawled.It has been over a week now can anyone help?

Hi Jay,

Here's a page the help desk wrote about why your site may only have one page crawled. Your best bet is to read that, then if you're still having problems, open up a ticket with the help desk either via the web or by sending an email to help@seomoz.org.

Is it possible to block Moz from crawling sites?

Hi, is it possible to stop Moz from crawling a site at the server level? Not that I am looking to do this or anything, but here's why I'm asking. I have been crawling a site that is managed (currently by 2 parties), and I noticed that this week pages crawled went from 80 (last week) to 1 page!! I know, what? See my image attached... and the issues all went to zero "0"....! So is it possible that someone can't prevent Moz from crawling the site at the server level? I checked the robots.txt file on the site, but nothing there. I'm curious. dYNUwjd.jpg

How can competition outrank you if your site has better Domain/Page Authority, More links, and More Social sharing?

Say you have a site that has better Domain/page authority, more links, more social media sharing, and a lot more indexed pages (thanks to blogging) than the competition. Of course all of these metrics are based off of data from SEOMoz open site explorer tool which I am not sure if it produces accurate data. 1. Other than exact match domains or the age of a domain what would be other reasons why competition would outrank you? 2. Can anyone suggest other ways to help increase a sites domain/page authority besides creating more indexed pages, link building, etc..?

Only crawling one page

Hi there, A campaign was crawling fine, but at the last crawl, for some reason, SEOmoz can only crawl one page... any ideas? If I run a custom crawl I still access all of the site's pages.

How come there are no links to my website according to SEOmoz Competive domain analysis, while in google webmaster i do see links.?

I dont see any links to at all when i do a Competitive Domain Analysis in SEOmoz. However i do see links in google webmaster tools. this strikes me as odd. Also when i use open site exployer my website dont seem te be found. In google im on page 9 on my focus keyword so i do think there are links to my site. Wild fluctuation in number of pages crawled

I am seeing huge fluctuations in the number of pages discovered the crawl each week. Some weeks the crawl discovers > 10,000 pages and other weeks I am seeing 4-500. So, this week for example I was hoping to see some changes reflected for warnings from last weeks report (which discovered > 10,000 pages). However, the entire crawl this week was 448 pages. The number of pages discovered each week seems to go back and forth between these two extremes. The more accurate count would be nearer the 10,000 mark than the 400 range. Thanks. Mark

Hi all, I'm trying to configure a PRO campagin for a https website. Butt it won't work. The software says it found a one redirect (for http to https I guess), and that's it. So now I don't have any data.... Can anybody help me? Thnx! Martijn

How come when I export a error list I can only export the first page?

I am working on fixing the 4xx errors. I have found the easiest way to do this would be to export the list, print it out, and check off the ones i've fixed. Seomoz Customer Service does anyone feel let down

I would like to know if anyone else feels let down by seomoz and their customer service. I will give you a couple of examples why i feel let down. I contacted customer services over an issue a couple of weeks a go and never got an answer from them, and the second issue is the private question that you can ask. I asked many days ago and it was an important question and it has still not been answered. I am just wondering what we are paying for by using this site and if other customers of this service feel let down like me.
