Is it worth keeping google+ for seo purposes?

My company has a Google+ page with about 3000 followers and very little engagement. We are considering deleting this page as it is not worth the effort of us creating content and posting on here for the little engagement we get. Do you think this would impact our SEO in any way?

Emily,
If you have it created and it has followers, then I would suggest keeping it active. Once you publish an article or content on your site, or external sites, then share it on your Google+ page. It only takes a few minutes to post to it, and you may see a few visitors coming in from this source. If the content is compelling this can help the SEO, if people see it, share it, link to it, click to additional pages on the site, etc. If posting to Google+ is taking up too much time, I would suggest reviewing your social media campaigns.

For a raw SEO benefit, Google+ will do nothing for your site.
However, SEO goes way beyond mere site benefits, and encompasses the likes of CTR and visitor interaction as well as helping with your brand.
If you take these points into account, you will see that there are SEO benefits to be had, just not in the way most think about them.
So yes, use it to help with engagement and with that, you could notice additional benefits.

Facebook Likes, Google +1s tactic - is this a good idea
Hello, For our eCommerce site, we're considering doing the following: When people call in to place an order by phone, we take their order and tell them while we have them on the phone that if they click the Facebook Like button and Google +1 button on our site's home page, we'll knock $3 off their total. We would just show them where the buttons are and refresh our screen to make sure the count went up by one like and one +1 when the customer said that they pressed the buttons. Then, we would continue with their phone order and just knock off $3.00 I may not do this just because it may be grey hat, but it seems 100% safe forever. If you recommend against doing this, can you think of any 100% white hat way to do the same thing? Thanks.

Hello friends, I have a website, linked to my google plus profile and google plus page of the website. But after reading the post http://moz.com/blog/google-plus-correlations , something is not clear for me... To gain some seo benefit when I share a post, Should I share it on my google plus profile or in the google plus page of my website ? BTW, Its better to gain more followers to my google plus profile or to the google plus page of my website? Thanks...

Gain Access to Google+ Profile
We are having trouble accessing a Google+ profile for a client. We know the profile we want to gain access to, but the client doesn't remember the email or password. The marketing company they worked with before also doesn't know what the email or password is to claim the profile. We have tried contacting Google to gain access to the email, but they were unable to give us the login email due to privacy issues. Is Pinterest's Embed a Pin good for SEO?
I was curious if by having Pinterest embed pins on my site will add SEO value... This would be used mainly on product pages for alternative images, closeup detail, any type of image to answer a customers question. I would accompany the pin with more text as another way of adding content to the page. Example on my site: Wicker Sofa product page with Pinterest Embed live. Also attached the screenshot of the code that is used by Pinterest pin embed widget. Hoping that extra unique content + social activity repins or follows, would help my store's SEO. Is it okay to have different gmail ids for Google plus and Google webmaster tools?
It was good until I have had this new website where Google plus has got an active account but under different id and the site has got its analytics and webmaster tools account set under another id. I seem to remember an update where Google said it was going to include Facebook page updates into Google search, but perhaps that was a deal that fell through? If updates ARE appearing in Gooogle search, how do I troubleshoot a Facebook page where they are not?
