Link check via open site explorer not working?

Not sure why this is happening but when i run our site though open site explorer it is only coming back with 1 link yet we have at least 10 - 20?
our site is https://www.fastlabels.co.uk and i tried without the https:// so www.fastlabels.co.uk
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Bob,
Gaston is absolutely correct - Links will only be updated as MOZ finds the links as it trawls the web.
I did have a quick look on Ahrefs for you and it shows 35 referring domains and 70 backlinks, so it does indeed look like you are growing links steadily.

Hi there,
Remember that the amount of link encountered depends on the platform's crawler (if comparing moz/ahrefs/magestic or other) and highly depends on the last crawl.
In moz's case, the last mozscape have been with fewer URLs crawled. It might be that your issue.You can check the Mozscape update dates and the historical here: Mozscape update - Moz

Unsolved Site Crawler not working but on-demand crawler working
Hi, In Moz pro, when using Site crawler (or recrawl), we are seeing message site is banned. But when using on-demand crawler, it could generate report successfully. I just like to know if in both these cases, it is roberbot that is used! And kindly note, site crawler was perfectly working before. So the required setup is already in place from long time. Site crawler ban issue started appearing from nov/dec 2023. . Could you please us understand how could we possibly make site-crawler work?

Open Site Explorer backlink results different that MajesticSEO... why?
When checking the number of external links linking to a site, Open Site Explorer and MajesticSEO give completely different results. In one case Open Site Explorer is saying the website has: "49 Total Links" and MajesticSEO is saying the website has: "6,143 External Backlinks (in the last 5 years)" and "497 External Backlinks (in the last 90 days)" Does anyone know why this is?

Rankings Report not working
Hi (What happened to the User Voice feedback in PRO campaign reports? Another cutback because of scalability?) I'm getting sent here for Help on the reports It's Friday morning here in France ; I'm preparing a meeting with a client and as part of this I want their Rankings Report from the campaing I set up for them month's ago Half the keywords are showing up as "SAT" ; the message at the top says "Your keywords are updated weekly on Saturday. The last update was January 26th, 2013" They're not new keywords, if I click on them I get historic data up untill January 19th I'm guessing you had a problem on January 26th but why not put January 19th rankings rather than SAT ? Open Site Explorer Backlink Numbers Wrong?
So, I have a new site that we are currently building links for, lots of hard work. Anyway, I was a bit shocked when I viewed my site through Open Site Explorer and found only 4 backlinks!!!!! Alexa.com, Majestic, and Google Webmaster Tools don't show the exact same numbers, but their figures are all MUCH higher, 4 to 566 for example. What gives Site is www.powerequipmentplus.com for those who want to look themselves. Thanks for your time and concern.

No follow Internal Links
Hello, I am comparing my site with my competitors. According to Open Site Explorer, my site has 541 internal follow links, and a total of 1,286 total internal links, implying I have 745 no follow internal links. I tried to drill into these internal no follow links using the "Inbound Links" report in OSE. But I'm receiving an error stating that No Data is Available for this URL. Does anyone have any insight to this? I'd really like to understand where those no follow links are coming from. Thanks in advance. eh70

Cleaning up link profile
I've recently been trying to tidy up my link profile. We have been link building for a number of years and I decided to check it out and see how good our profile looks. I used OSE to give me a report of all external links pointing to pages on my www sub-domain. The results are scary! I have hundreds of links point to my site that originate from URLs such as the following url which attempts to start a download, use caution!!! <colgroup><col width="768"></colgroup>
