I did - but if I wanted to cancel the subscription I did minimal effort to find out how I could cancel it.
Just do this search query in Google:
refund site:moz.com/community
- you'll get >200 results. If you're active in a community (on a voluntary basis) it is annoying to see the same question popping up because people are too lazy to search for themselves.

This is the Q&A - if you want a refund you have to contact support. There is an online form here: https://moz.com/help/contact/pro - alternative you can use help@moz.com.
Some advice - next time you start a free trial of a tool please read the conditions. The Moz trial page clearly states
"I agree to the Moz Terms of Use and understand that this is a recurring subscription. I will be billed automatically on a recurring basis unless I cancel." (bold added)
It's not really hidden & you have to check the box before you can start the trial.

Unsolved Site Crawler not working but on-demand crawler working
Hi, In Moz pro, when using Site crawler (or recrawl), we are seeing message site is banned. But when using on-demand crawler, it could generate report successfully. I just like to know if in both these cases, it is roberbot that is used! And kindly note, site crawler was perfectly working before. So the required setup is already in place from long time. Site crawler ban issue started appearing from nov/dec 2023. . Could you please us understand how could we possibly make site-crawler work?

Unsolved please refund !!
I did not know that automatic payments were being made after using the trial version. I just saw money was flowing through my credit card and I urgently canceled my subscription. Request a refund for the amount automatically paid for a fee. The reason is that I didn't use it.

How crucial are H1 tags and descriptions in wordpress categories?
Hi all Trying to improve SEO for my (mostly) local site, www.nectarbridge.com, and recently got back on Moz Pro account. First crawl of my site by Moz, a manageable number of issues that I've mostly sorted, but the category with the largest number of problems is missing or invalid tags. My content pages and blog posts are not missing the tags. It's category, archives, etc., including multiple pages, ex: https://www.nectarbridge.com/category/blog/page/4/ A smaller number of pages are being flagged by Moz as missing descriptions, and they are also category pages and the like. So the question is - how hard should I pursue fixing these issues? I'm using the divi theme, which apparently doesn't display the category description by default (if it did, that would kill two birds with one stone). There is a fix to add the category description, but before I get into that I'm trying to discern whether this issue really matters greatly to SEO or if I should spend that time just working on more content.

Cancel my PRO account and process refund, please
Hello SEOMoz folks, I seem to have a weird situation here, and need your help resolving it. The thing is that I received a code for a free 3 month SEOMoz Pro account that I gladly signed up for (who wouldn't considering how awesome SEOMoz is!) That said, I disbanded the startup that I was planning to use the account for several months ago. My 3 month eval ended today and my card was charged $99 because of that. The crux of my problem is that I ought to have cancelled the account long ago which I didn't, and I'e been charged. This is obviously my mistake, but I fervently hope that you guys are able to understand where I'm coming from and help with reversing the charges. To be honest, $99 means a lot to me and I'd very much appreciate if you're able to help me with a refund. I'll continue to be an avid SEOmoz fan (and prospective Pro user) but at this time, I just don't have a need to use the service. Thanks a ton! Siddharth
