Is there any other way to earn domain authority if not by link building ?

Or just SEO OFF PAGE can make it happend?

Ultimately it comes down to how important your site is seen as been. If no one is talking about you, then you're perceived as not that relevant. Links are conversations, so the best probable metric to increase your score.

Are High Domain Authority, Low Page Authority Links Good?

I recently created a scholarship with the hopes of getting .edu backlinks (as well as helping students in need, of course). So far, I have received 8 followed backlinks from very authoritative .edu sites (70+ domain authorities). The pages that link back to me are the "outside scholarships" pages. I've seen these pages range from having a page authority of 10 to 50+. For example, I just reached out to Johnson & Wales for a link on their outside scholarships page: http://www.jwu.edu/scholarships-from-outside-agencies/ You can see this page has a PA of 1 and a DA of 73. I'm wondering if Google will see the low page authority and not give me much valuable juice (if any). Are these types of links worth it?

Why does GWT still show some links from a disavowed domain?

We have disavowed a lot of spam links that were pointing to our website. We've disavowed on a domain level and a lot of links have now disappeared on GWT. However, there is a domain that we disavowed where MOST of the links have disappeared in GWT but there are STILL some remaining even a month and a half after disavowing. The disavow file has been sent in numerous times since then with new domains. Is there an explanation as to why some links still remain on this domain even though most of them have been disavowed and removed from GWT?

Keyword strong domains`and Good Link Building Techniques

Is it still a vital tactic if you can get a keyword strong domain in your seo strategy. I have been using an outsourced link building company and we have been soing social bookmarks and directory listings and forum posts. What i sthe best way to check if a link is good ? Mutiple domains pointing on the same web site issues

We have in out company lots off different domains pointing to the same web site (On for most major countries actually...) . Unfortunately this was done by having all the DNS names to point to the same IP address to the target web site, and not by using a redirect as should have been done. As most of the pages on the web site are linked internally (All the pages of the site links at least to the front page), this resulted to have all the different domains linking one to each other causing artificial external backlinks to our main .com web site. I just wonder if google is giving us a penallity for this backlinks ? Also this causes the same content to be shared among different domains, resulting probably to self competition for keywords. Should we now remove all other domains resulting to a loss of these "artificial backlinks" ?

Links from Domain Portfolio Advertising Sites

I recently purchased a domain from a someone with a large portfolio and my site's link is still found on thousands of his one page/low quality sites. I find these links on Open Site Explorer but not in WT. Should I ask the portfolio owner to remove the link from his low quality domain advertising sites?

Should I be Improving Domain Authority?

Hello I work for a company that deals in Collectibles and runs a collectibles news service. In the UK our site ranks on the first page for the keyword "collectibles". We wish to strengthen this position and increase our rank on the US Google. I'm going to be working on Keyword Optimisation for the site, to hopefully make many of our pages more relevant and improve the rank. However I feel we may be held back by our Domain Authority score. Our Google PageRank and MozRank are both low due to the fact we don't have a huge amount of external links to the site. Is this something that will potentially hold us back? Should I be working on improving this as before the site optimisation? We are well set up for a content based strategy due to "News" nature of the site. My ownly concern with link building is i've heard that it could potentially negatively effect us. Or is the risk of link building only really associated with black hat methods? One last thing. I've been using the Google keyword Tool to judge competition for specific search terms. Is this useful for organic search? Or is it only relevant for PPC? Sorry to be a pain with all these question! Hubpages and Page authority

Hi, I've created a Hubpage awhile back and I see the url has a page authority over 50. How much does Domain authority influence page authority? The url has only 3 (registered) backlinks, so I cannot see an obvious explanation why. I understand that Hubpages was one of the sites that "took a hit" with the Panda update, but it has a domain authority of 84...

Can link juice be passed in an iframe from domain A to domain B

Need to give our web partners our booking form which must be loaded in an iframe calling back to our domain. Is it possible to pass any link juice from their domain loading our iframe back to us. Was thinking of a "Powered by" text link in the form footer, but I'm guessing the link needs to be outside the iframe. Would love to hear any thoughts or workarounds on this.
