Under site crawl, Moz is reporting weird email address URLs as 'Meta refresh' errors. The URLs are:

http://support@ihasco.co.uk

and

http://enquiries@ihasco.co.uk

Once clicked, they redirect to our homepage. Anyone else ever had this? Is it anything to worry about? I don't think it is, but would be good to get some reassurance.

These look like they might be broken mailto links. If you shoot us an email at help@moz.com, we'll take a look in your campaign and see whether we can pin down the root cause for you.

Keyword Ranking Report is Different than Real Result on Google

Hi Guys,
I am getting MOZ reports on a few keywords and that is good But when My client search for the same keywords he doesn't get the same rank, not even on that page. Let me explain in more details:
I have a keyword that shows on rank #5 in Google Mobile for a Local location for the current week. The client is from the same location as well. But when client search for that keyword from his mobile he doesn't get the keyword listed on that page, not even on other pages. I checked with other online keyword rank checker tool and all are showing the result similar to the Moz ranking report. It's really frustrating for my client. Google analytics shows that mobile users and organic reach are increasing so I am sure MOZ and other tools are showing us correct result. What could be the possible reason that he is not getting the same result as showing by MOZ? I am not from his location so how can I check the keyword result for the selected city using MOZ that is accurate? Any help would be highly appreciated. Please help. Thanks

Error 406 with crawler test

hi to all. I have a big problem with the crawler of moz on this website: www.edilflagiello.it. On july with the old version i have no problem and the crawler give me a csv report with all the url but after we changed the new magento theme and restyled the old version, each time i use the crawler, i receive a csv file with this error: "error 406" Can you help me to understan wich is the problem? I already have disabled .htacces and robots.txt but nothing. Website is working well, i have used also screaming frog as well.

Cannot crawl website with redirect intalled on subdomain url

Hi! I want to crawl this website : http://www.car-moderne.ch. I tried a got back the crawl just for that one url (not for all the pages of the website). This single line cvs says that the status of the http://www.car-moderne.ch is 200, but in fact it is a redirect 301 to http://www.car-moderne.ch/fr where the live home page is (actually the Moz bar sees the 301, not the 200 as the single-lined crawl does). How can I proceed in this case (a 301 redirect being installed on the subdomain url) to still be able to have a full-fledged juicy cvs with all the broken links, duplicate content, etc. Thank you for your help! MoZ vs Alexa & Moz vs Google

My colleague is continuously arguing with me why i went for Moz and why not for Alexa, He also says when Google is there then why Moz. I tried on my part to convince him but he has his own learning. Moz Crawl Test: Referrer is sitemap.gz?

Hi,
I'm looking at a crawl test report, and I'm seeing that most of the pages have the sitemamp.gz file listed as the referrer. As I recall in my other reports the referrer is usually the root domain - unless of course there's a redirect. Does having sitemap.gz as the referrer indicate a problem? If so, what problem does it indicate? Thanks!
