Facebook Disconnect with Moz?

My Moz Local listing was connected fine with Facebook page and now the bar has dropped to the bottom. Nothing has changed in the FB information. What happen? Is this something I should be concerned with?
Does this happen often?

It's possible that we've lost our connection to your Facebook page or it could just be a display issue. We'll need to do a little more digging to find out what's happening.
Please can you email help@moz.com with a few more details - the name, address & phone number of the listing and the URL of the Facebook page - and we'll look into this further for you.

I can. Previously both the GMB and Facebook score was in the 80-90% range and now they are both 0%. I have not changed either of them so I would think it would not affect the local rank as seen by Google but then again how would you know?
Is this a normal occurrence? Should I be concerned or just wait? Moz Local seems to be a bit unstable but then again they are interfacing with unstable applications like Yelp, YP and the like.
I can't upload an image but suffice it to say the bar that shows Google and Facebook are at zero.

What do I do if the business listed in Moz Local Business Listing for Yellow Pages is wrong?
Hey there! I have a business listing set up in Moz Local. The system seems to have accurately found the business on most networks, but on Yellow Pages, it has a completely different business listed (my business is a Pilates studio and it has a soccer club listed). Can I add all three branch locations of a small credit union to one Moz local listing, and if not, is it worth it to pay for three different local listings with MOZ?
Adding Moz local listing for a small credit union with only three branches. I am doing this to update their information across the web, but do not want to have to create three separate spread sheets and / or pay for three separate listings. Is there a way to add all three branches to one listing? If not, is it worth the expense and does it help or hurt if you add three separate listings with the same name and phone number but three different addresses. We also do not want to set up more than one Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc, accounts.

Submission Question for MOZ Local - Potential Issue with Submission and Facebook
I will be setting up a MOZ Local account for a client with two locations. My question/concern with the facebook page matching up with the information submitted for the business. This plastic surgery practice has two locations but their facebook page only allows for one address. Could the secondary location submission possibly be rejected due to the address not matching the information on the facebook page? Thanks for your help!
