How to add alternate addresses in Moz Local duplicate section
-
As someone that recently moved from an agency to a position in-house, I am appalled at the lack of support and resources for users of Moz Local that are NOT connected to an agency partner. Without a public phone number, a support rep, and nobody manning the chat... how are we supposed to get answers for the service that we paid good money for?
I would like to know how to add an alternate address to the duplicate are of our listing account. We have an old address that appears everywhere but is not showing in the duplicate listing report and I'm not sure how to add it. Any help would be appreciated. A public phone number and/or tech support rep would be even better!

Updating Local Listings that Moz Local Won't Update completely?
I use Moz local and have for over a year, so my profiles should all be spot on by now. How can you update some inconsistent info that Moz does't provide or is not updating. I have tried to go in and claim some of the listings that the information isn't filled in properly or the ones that don't have the categories filled out that I know Moz Local won't do, but it is saying it is managed by Moz and won't let me claim it. What can I do.

Moz Local says Google + is 100% incomplete
Hi all. I've been trying to make improvements on my Local rankings as well as optimizing my website. When using Moz Local a lot of great information comes up showing me what's incomplete, what's duplicated, etc. It's very helpful. But for the life of me I don't know why my Google Plus page is coming up as 100% incomplete. I'm providing three links that possible will help. Any suggestions would be welcome! Facebook page not appearing in the Moz Local listing report
Hello, We recently set-up a Moz local account and have submitted our data about the business to it. However for some reason our Facebook page is not showing up in the listing report. The Facebook page is active and has all the NAP details but in the listing report, it only gives the option of creating a listing. Is there any way I can link our Facebook page in the listing report.

Moz Local - City being named twice
Hello, So the provided address by Moz is being pulled from Google. It's listing the city twice, even though Google Plus isn't doing this. Meaning there's a few inconsistent listings for the address. Any ideas how to change the address that Moz is using? Thanks 🙂 fDmsIos

Closing Old Locations with Moz Local
I'm sure the answer is pretty simple, but how are we supposed to report an old location as closed in Moz Local? I'd like to mark an old address as closed in all of the major data providers. Of course, I can claim the new location, but I do I need to claim the old location and then somehow mark it closed? When I do a search with Moz, it gives me five results for a doctor who has a single location now (I'm not posting the actual name because I just don't want this forum to appear for searches for the doctor): <address>Dr. Doctor Name, DMD Verified

Moz Local Listing Score
Hi there, I purchased MozLocal for my firm on February 27th, about 7 and a half weeks ago to the day. While I've been waiting for the results to populate and the program to do it's work, I've been manually updating all the other listings with photos and categories based off the "missing info" Moz Local provides. Throughout the last almost 8 weeks, my listing score has increased a total of 1%. At this point, should I expect to see any further results from this tool? I'm still seeing "Update in progress", yet it seems enough time has passed for at least something to happen. After two months of waiting, I'm wondering if I would have been better off updating these listings myself. Does anyone have any idea when/if I should be seeing any results?

Moz Local doesn't have Categories for my clients business
Moz Local doesn't have Categories for my clients business, for that matter neither does Google Business: Using the Moz category tool- and Superpages, where we have been listed for a long time, the following categories have no MOZ local or Google Equivalent. Millwright CRATES & CRATING INDUSTRIAL PACKING & CRATING CRANES, HOISTING, & RIGGING SERVICES MACHINERY MOVERS & ERECTORS EXPORT CONSULTANTS RIGGERS EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES this makes fitting into Local search very difficult at best. Since the Moving category is so crowded, and brings in 99 household moves to one legitimate industrial move or rigging jobs. So is it best just not to pay for Moz local? How do we get Moz Local and google to add these important industrial local categories?

What do I do if Moz Local is pulling the wrong business citation?
Hi everyone, I have several business listings that I manage on Moz Local, and a lot of them have similar names. I'm running into an issue where Moz Local is pulling a citation (Ex. Google+, YP, Superpages) for the wrong business, and it is affecting my listing score. Has anyone else ever run into this issue? What did you do about it? Thanks in advance for your help!
