Hi Martin,

I mean a page that have a code that the search engine can't read, or a content that is in angular.js, js scripts that are located in the top of the page and not at the bottom of the page

Hi Roy,

First of all, what do you consider 'harm SEO'. Basically everything can harm SEO either from a slowness perspective or anything else that can rewrite on page content. But on the other hand it can all also have a positive impact on what you're going to do with the page. You probably have to come up with a more defined questions around the files that you're including to get a more useful answer/insight for your specific site.
